We are in need of a logo for our client, Burning Hearts Missionary Society. Burning Hearts specializes in street ministry, and general outreach/counseling. The company name is from Luke 24:32 in the bible. âThey asked each other, âWere not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?ââ
The logo should include symbolism of the âburning heartâ in the company name, and of course symbolism of the teaching of Jesus Christ, and the Bible. The logo should be elegant and clean, with a hint of modern design elements and typography. Remember, the companyâs main goal is outreach. The logo must appeal to a broad range audience, not necessarily just the church and faith community.
We have attached a graphic as an example of typography the client has responded positively to (typography.jpg). This is not to be copied in any way; itâs just an example of the type of topography that the client may like, depending on how it works with the rest of the logo of course.
The logo should be aesthetically pleasing in both small and large sizes, in a variety of mediums, such as web, print, and signage. It also must look good on both light and dark backgrounds, and in black and white (one color printing). A horizontal orientation would be best, extra points for logos that also have a vertical layout. The logo should also be artistically balanced, meaning the logo should seem "balanced" to the eye - no one part should overpower the rest.
