We need to create floor plans and a some renders for the following project:
The project will consist of a 16 unit apartment building. Units will be small (about 650 sq ft) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each.
There will be a galvanized fence surrounding the property (with doors for pedestrian entry and car entry)
There has to be a 80% max lot coverage, and 10% minimum green space in the lot. There also has to be a 10ft minimum front setback (Distance from the building to the property line).
project will be on a tropical place so no fireplaces. each unit needs to have central A/C, and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and microwave. and no mountains for the renders.
Maximum height for the building is 5 stories and there also needs to be 25 parking spaces (preferably to be back of the property so that the front looks clean). 8.5 ft by 18 ft minimum for each parking space.
Driveway for cars need to have a minimum of 10 feet for one way or 20 for for 2 way

We have an existing packaging design for our Pure Blaze wood pellets that we require adapting to a larger and more flexible bag. The winning design will maintain the current colour scheme and general layout, but take advantage of the additional opportunities presented by the larger bag, complete with the possibilities of printing on the sides and back of the bag (if deemed suitable).
The current design (attached to this) includes all of the required text, and the logo for the packaging. Please ensure that ALL of the text on that design appears on the new design. We require the palette to be comprised of either black, white or transparent (indicated as grey in the samples).

I need a logo created for a dental office that specializes in general and cosmetic dentistry. The company is called "Charm Dental"
The logo needs to be simple and crisp so that it can be distributed on print, digital media, black and white copies, etc. and it must retain the quality of the graphic in all these situations. (Logo cannot lose detail when it is scanned or printed black and white)
I had always imagined the logo incorporating a "tooth" of some sort, relating to the "vision"component of the business name. But to be honest, I'm open to your ideas and as long as it follows the above guidelines then that's fine.
I do also insist that the logo not be too complex so that reproduction of the logo on media doesn't look clumsy.

We are a company selling safes, firesafes, key safes and gun cabinets online. One of the biggest problems with buying a safe online is knowing the actual size of the safe. All sizes are listed in text, but a picture would be much better.
We want a PSD editable standard image where we can put our safes into a size diagram with for example a person next to it. It will give our customers better info on how big the safe actually is.
