Wir müssen eine Liste erstellen aller deutscher Integrierter Leiststellen.
Es gibt in Deutschland ca 60 integrierte Leitstellen (112 Feuerwehr) die Anrufe entgegennehmen. Wir müssen nun zunächst eine Liste erstellen aller dieser Leitstellen (Internetresearch) mit Telefonnummer (nicht 112, da dieser immer bei der Leitstelle ankommt, in deren Gegend man anruft, sondern eine, die man auch aus einem anderen Ort anrufen kann) und mit den Bereichen, die die jeweilige Leitstelle bedient (in der Regel sind das Landkreise).
Dann müssen wir jedem Landkreis die zugehörigen PLZ und Orte zuordnen (das haben wir schon gemacht) und dann die Leitstelle der PLZ.
Also am Schluss : Mitarbeiter im Call Center bekommt einen Anruf mit einem bestimmten Ort, er sucht in der Liste die Leistellennummer und dann in der Leiststellenliste die Nummer, die er anrufen muss.
Ist nicht schwer, aber zeitintensiv.
Nur Deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter.
Es muss eine NDA unterzeichnet werden, daà die Liste alleine unser Eigentum ist und weder weiterverkauft noch gegenüber Dritten deren Existenz erwähnt werden darf. (Prize: 190)
