I am launching a subscription box service for fishing enthusiasts. As part of this I am looking for a modern, simple and cool logo to be designed. The logo will be on the mailing boxes(brown cardboard), website and email.
The business name is:
Fishing Fomo Tackle Box (Fishing Fomo is the core name. I want Tackle Box to be in smaller font in the logo)

Some specifics:
Avoid using a fish image in the logo. The reference to fish is already in the name. I am looking for a simple, cool, modern font logo. Here are a number of examples I like:
http://www.balter.com.au - love the colour schemes on the beers and simple but modern, cool font. Also having a black border works well for this brand. Love combining the black with the aqua blue on the beer cans. Really like how it looks on a black background as well - scroll right to the bottom of the website to see the white version on black background

https://www.thewhiskyorder.com/ - I like the simple black and white logo. You could look at Fishing(for Whiskey) and Fomo(for order). Even adding Tackle Box at the bottom and est 2017. Please don't just copy this but it is a logo I like.
http://www.zumiez.com/the-mad-hueys-anchor-heather-grey-t-shirt.html - I like this simple design and usage of an anchor. I do think that an anchor may not be the right look but it may be worth looking at a similar design to see if it looks good

Design a logo for comedy/sports website by johnnywoodard
Our comedy/news website needs a new logo.
We want a clean design that is simple enough to work in the banner space at the top of a webpage. Ideally it would be an image then the name of our company spelled out (see Bar Stool Sports' website for an example).
Attached is our current logo. We like it, but it is too busy to work on a modern webpage.
This is an edgy brand, fronted by several popular comedians, and we prefer the black, white and rosey/faded red colors of our current logo. The website will be home to a podcast network and news content.
