I own a marketing platform Influencers Reach, I will like to have it redesign so it has a smoother UI and UX . If you review the site you will see. I feel the current site is too complicated for users and that it needs to be simplified. The people that are promoting on this network know nothing about affiliate marketing but that is what they are doing when they promote for us. We use phrases like EPC(earnings per click) , CR (conversion rate) and many money across the site i will like for the site to be updated to have annotation popouts.
Homepage:
I like my current site homepage but i feel the font could be updated, the logo also needs to be updated to retina.
The homepage also needs to excite Influencers(people with lot of followers on social media) into wanting to join the site. So it should include bullets like Over 200 Live Promotions , Guaranteed Top Payouts , Free Training & Tools , Rewards Program & Contests ,
Along with information for influencers there should be bullets for Advertisers. Such as Lead Generation, Flat-Rate Sales, Million of Conversions , 1000k+ Active Publishers, No Monthly Fees, Dedicated Account Managers

I like the feel of this freelancer navigation bar, i like the shadow and how it behaves like an app. IR has a lot of links so it needs a navbar ux/ui upgrade.
Dashboard:
The current dashboard here https://influencersreach.com/dashboard is boring it only shows earning and boring graph i want a better looking graph so it pushes them to promote. I need better display of earnings and the amount they are paid so they see their efforts.
On the dashboard include these list which have 5-10 items with data such as promotion payout and conversion rate, add also ? icon with explanation in bubbles.
- Latest Promotions which is a list of the most recent added promotion offers.
- Highest Converting Promotions which is a list of offers being promoted by other users and giving the most leads.
- Highest EPC Promotions which is list of promotion with highest earnings per click

Hello, my name is Zaritza. I'm a electro-pop/rock singer-songwriter and I'm planning on releasing my new EP or album. I need some help developing a visual concept, more like a sketch, NOT A FULL ALBUM COVER, which will include my picture (s) as a main image, but before hiring a photographer I would like to develop some ideas around a specific theme "Somewhere In Between" - the name of my album! As an immigrant from Russia, my album cover could reflect some cultural differences, when you feel somewhere between two cultures, struggling to find your place but should be ambiguous, not overly done, mysterious and slightly seductive!
After developing the concept, even if its a simple sketch to start with, I will provide pictures for the project and will re-hire the same person to finish the project!
