Small Office Building Floor Plan and Elevation Design by rbacpa
Contest is set for 14 days, but if we see one we like earlier we will end the contest early and award the fee upon final completion as described below.
Looking for a preliminary floor/space plan design and exterior elevation (preferably in 3D rendering) for an accounting company building of about 5,000-7,000 square feet. All measurements shall be in US feet and inches. Floor plan will need to be tied in to an exterior elevation similar to examples attached. If a second floor is utilized, only a storage or additional conference room may be included in the 2nd floor area. No elevator is required.
The building is planned to look like a home more so than an office building from the outside, as the setting will be in a residential area. Modifications to this concept can be discussed at a later date once a space plan concept has been designed.
The building will need to have the following components (all measurements are approximate):
2 larger owner offices of 14' by 20'
13 offices of 10.5" by 14'
Administrative area large enough for 4 people
Reception/Foyer/Waiting room area
At least 1 conference room of 15' by 20'
If a second conference room is included, it could be smaller 10' by 15'
2 areas in hallways for copiers
Kitchen and break room, with pantry
Rest room for public near waiting area.
Separate Mens and Women's rest rooms for staff.
Mens room with one stall, women's with 2 stalls
Most if not all offices should have a window view
Miscellaneous storage room and janitorial room
All office areas will need to be separated from the common areas of the conference rooms, foyer, waiting area, public rest rooms, etc. Presumabley there will be a door separating the areas.

Fee will be awarded when modifications to initial proposed plan and elevations have been completed.
Building project will set on a property 500' wide and 430' deep.

Design a Logo for Engineering Company by lifeofaboat
Looking for a new logo/icon that will be used as the Logo for my company.
Specifically, contestants can choose from one of these two options:
1.) Provide two designs, which can be combined (similar to the existing logo, attached)
~ First design: just a logo.
~ Second design: just text of the company name: "Schoodic Technologies"
2.) Provide a single design of a logo with the company name "Schoodic Technologies" integrated into it somehow
Other notes:
1.) My current icon is attached, but it is licensed in a restrictive manner. I want to have a new one made which I wholly own.
2.) I like the combination of a sun and water, as the company is involved in renewable Solar and Hydro-electric energy.
3.) These should be generated in SVG format (ideally using Inkscape), so that I can exported as PNG files.
4.) Resolution should be high, the idea behind SVG format is that I can scale it down as needed.
Other than that, take creative license and come up with something that is CLEAN, SIMPLE, and ORIGINAL. I eventually would like this logo to be included in my website, my physical products, and even polo shirts!
UPDATE: I would also be interested in a logo design that is something like a Swiss Army knife, only with an Ethernet cable, a USB flash drive, and/or a lightning bolt/electricity coming out of it. I'm an electrical and computer engineer, so feel free to come up with something clever. (Prize: 90)

I We are looking to design a logo for a family of companies. All of the companies currently have logo's but we are looking to group them into a holding company. The company name is Matthew Airey Enterprises, but we are open to have it changed minimally like, MAE group or MA Enterprises, or MAE Companies.
The family of business are as follows; a coffee shop, a bio-tech company, a commercial cleaning company, and a management consulting company. Non of them seemlessly go together, therein lies the challenges to the logo design. We are looking for a simple, clean, and sharp design to apply to our corporate site as well as business marketing materials.
The company likes colors like orange, black, yellow, and forest green. We would like to keep the colors to a maximum or 3, but 2 would be preferred. Create a Video for Fishing Video Intro by pikeyaker
I am looking for someone to take the images I have attached and splice them together into a 15-30 second video I can use as an intro to my fishing videos. I would like to have some sort of sound as well that is fishing related. Sound of a line casting and hitting the water etc. The order of the pictures are Pikeyaker, Wilderness Systems, AT Paddles, Harmony, Bomber gear, Scotty, Aquateam, CKA, ESKFC then calm. I am hoping to have multiple logos spin on or however to create a great looking introduction. The Pikeyaker at the start and the keep calm and fish on at end should be stand alone images.

Fabric Repeating Pattern for Dog Bed by laurenplay
