As a starting NGO organizing night MTB rides on mountains in the local area we have our supporters (mountaineer homes, individuals etc.) who we would like to especially thank by giving a Thank you note. This contest is about designing one according to a mock-up in the attachment of this contest which serves as a visual guideline of how we imagine it to be.
General guidelines:
Font: Titillium Web
Color: primarily black-white with scales of gray, while the animals and trees can have dark shading of brown and green color. Shadows from the trees and bikers are also welcome, coming affected by the moon on the left.
Heading: ZAHVALNICA
(means Thank you note on the Croatian language)
Goal: To make interesting Thank you note that, when hanging on the wall of a certain institution, can raise interest of the viewer for its details and connection to nature and concept of night riding in the forest. For a better idea, you can check this video: https://www.facebook.com/radulovic.com.hr/videos/1485703101468922/ and rest of Facebook page.
On the mock-up, there are some instructions as well, like the one that the edges should be a bike chain, the mountains on the bottom of the note containing various trees, some communicational towers and small mountain bikers riding various types of trails. We do not expect top notch design but please do your best.
Additional remarks:
- on the moon, we would like to put some small E.T. just out of fun :)
- in the forest it would be cool to have some wild boars, bears etc. and some eyes shining
- the vector designed logo can help for some of the content (Prize: 10)

I am creating a website that has interactive children's menus or children's placemats. Their will be images on the kids menu (placemat) and when you download the free mobile app and hold your phone over the image, the image comes to life. It is an Augmented Reality (AR) mobile phone app and website. I want to have a character named Matt (Mathew) so the logo is "Interactive Matt". I want a character that will be a person (Matt).
The logo can have some kind of kids menu or kids placemat in the logo, or possibly some reference to AR - like a mobile phone or smart glasses. THe main image should be of the character Matt and the viewer should say "thats really clever, its Matt with an interactive kids menu".
