We would like a logo that looks something like the uploaded picture. We want some kind of dark gray for the background. We want the style of the K and M to remain pretty much the same. At the moment, we prefer the coloring of the K and M (feel free to provide any different color scheme that you think makes the logo look good). We want the K and M to be surrounded by some kind of thick neon green border....it should not just be an outline of the KM, but should be larger than an outline...such as some form of cloud, etc. We want the entire KM and the neon green to be raised to make it look like it is 3D or embossed. Feel free to add some texturing or gradient to the gray background. We also want some text at the bottom of the logo with the following text âTrick Shotsâ. Differentiate between Common areas and lettable area, Maximise GLA. We will deliver the lettable areas to tenants "grey". He will use it to design his interior. Taking into consideration that we will take care of the common areas and also of landscaping, security, cleaning etc is under our charge. Need a space for garbage disposal. We will have to rework the facade to give it more value, set up some guideline of how the tenants can use the lettable area, and the building in general and where he has to place his air conditioning if he choose to do so and signage etc. Need to provide some precautionary measure, such as fire prevention. Optical fiber, DB, Water Point, and other basic for the lettable offices. Parking is very limited in the area, have to maximise the land space for parking, Maybe three cars, or one car and one delivery bay.

Hi guys, i need to to develop a design of a tattoo for myself. The idea is the following: the tattoo will be located on the left ankle below the ankle bone. There should be two birds sitting next to each other on a tree brunch with leaves. The tree brunch must be big enough to add some birds from both sides (i will add them when i have kids). The two birds must sit next to each other.
The whole concept is to make this tree brunch into a big tree when my family grows.
