So we are holding an event for the Midsumma Festival. We kick off with a Free BBQ and open the stage at 3pm for anyone who wants to have a go and pop their Drag Cherry. Then at 8pm we have the professional Drag Queen performers who will drag NON STOP till 1am.
I am needing the following:

Dear Freelancers,
I am looking to create a strong and bold logo for a new building and construction company I will be launching to the market in early 2018. My company will specialise in high end residential projects which I will be the property developer and builder for.
I have been involved in the building industry for over 15 years and I have owned previous building companies before. This is a new venture which is one which I want to make a statement with, and this starts with the branding and the logo. Therefore, it is important that the branding and logo which is created for this company represents a strong and bold approach, with professionalism and confidence. This branding needs to show quiet confidence, simple and clean.
The company name is Papas Projects. Papas is my surname and is a name which is well known in the industry, so I want people to assimilate the logo with the name and the reputation.
What I am looking for a logo which is a simple 'P', with 'Papas Projects' below or to the side of it.
I like the colours black, white and dark blue, but I am open to other options.

i need 7 icons and 2 pics.
Icons:
-they should in one second associate users what it stands for (read the list below) and be appealing. icons will be used on real estate website. here is the list of associations and files attached to see approximately what i want (red is my website which i dont like and green other website which icons style i like). there is a PSD file in attachment as well so you can see which size of icons i need and what kind of file i expect at the end.
One icon for each associations listed below should show and associate to:
- number of people
- number of bathrooms
- number of rooms
- number of beds
- house/apartment size in square meter/feet (also yards)
