About our company: We are a new startup/food company making alternative meat and seafood products using fungi. Our process uses fermentation to make tasty products that are completely vegan and all-natural. We are making a wide range of products so we need a logo that can be used for generalized branding of our food brand. We will be selling in grocery stores so a logo that people will want to eat and that looks consumer friendly is necessary. Things we do not want: NO MUSHROOMS, NO PLANTS in the logo. We also do not want an all-text logo.
Some things that we like that you can use for inspiration (but not necessary): spore prints, spores, mycelium (you can google to see what these look like). We would like something a little more abstract but that speaks to what we do. Remember that we are a food company, we want a logo that will go good on packaging as well as on the web and other marketing. We want something relatively simple (not busy and that is hard to remember).

I need a logo for Core Focus.
We are a basketball training company. We focus on player development and helping players to reach their maximum capabilities.I am open to any type of design whether that be a crest, shield, ball, or just the words Core Focus written out. I really do want people to understand it is a basketball company though, so incorporating a basketball or a net is important. It's not necessary, but in the ball or one of the o's, maybe a focused eye can be displayed. I don't want anything too childish. I'm big on being rough, edgy and bold while still maintaining class. Red and black is probably my preferred color scheme, as it will most easily incorporate with what else I am doing, but I am open to black and gold or incorporating some white, etc. Anything that makes it look great I am willing to take a look at.
I've attached some different types of logos to give you some sort of idea what I like. It doesn't necessarily mean that I want these though. I am willing to see Core Focus Basketball, Core Focus Training, Core Focus Sports, but I prefer to just see Core Focus with a basketball reference.
