Iâm looking for a modern redesign of the current working website - plum-property.com.au. I am asking that you please choose one page (preferably home page) to show me an example of your design direction. The winning design will win the job to redesign the entire website and be paid a total cost for this design. Designs will need to be of absolute high quality (equal or better than current design) and be presented as Photoshop working files.
I am open to any design direction however please stick to the current branding of Plum Property (same logo, purple colour). The website is a real estate company so please keep this in mind whilst coming up with your design. I am looking for something modern, clean, minimal and top quality.

Purpose for this project: Create the logo and the name card design
Idea from the founder:
1. Letter "K" must be specific in the design.
2. The logo must come with logo at the top and the brand name("Unikcorn") in the bottom.
3. The combination of the unicorn and K is mandatory in the design.
4. There is a image shown in file 1 in the attachment as a suggestion. The combination must have the meaning of K and the unicorn. In the image shown, it have a portion of letter "K" without the vertical line portion and the horn represented the unicorn.
5. The namecard design have no special requirement
