Design a Mockup for the landing page of Elbrus World Race by alexanderkuzmin
The language selection/landing page on http://elbrusworldrace.com needs a redesign to give the visitors a good feeling for how the competition looks. It needs to contain the logotype and the two links (with some kind of flags) for selection of russian or english. The current background (with the mountain) can be safely removed.
Some background info; It's a running competition around Europe's highest mountain, Elbrus (~5600 m high). This year we had competitors from all of Europe and Russia. There's three distances, 105 km, 42 km or 30 km.
We'd prefer if there were some pictures from the race to give a feeling for what the competition is about. (can be found here http://elbrusworldrace.com/photo/2013-2/)
I've also attached some photos from the url above that I think would be a good fit for the front page, so you won't have to waste time on that.

I would personally suggest you to play around "L" as it can be represented as a Lasso. Flat design and slim fonts are welcome.

Focus of the logo

There are many smaller local branches of bodytec but this company covers the whole country so it wants its logo to be very professional, show that it is not a local but a national company. DO NOT focus the logo on the electric element, I repeat they do NOT want to promote the electricity part in their logo. Instead the words they are trying to portray are; professional, fast results, fitness, lifestyle, slim / weight loss, health. (this is not a tag line, just some words to help your creative juices flow)
As for tagline, they donât have a tagline but they are open to suggestions. So they are looking for just a logo but if you wanted to submit you logo with a tagline as well then that is fine but the main focus is without a tagline.
They are very open to suggestions on colours, styles, design, etc.
The logo you submit will speak for itself so itâs not critical to have previous work, however if you do want to send on examples please feel free to do so. The logo will be used for multiple applications from web to print so probably best to be in vector format, however I am not a graphic designer myself and you are the expert in your field so feel free to produce it in any format/way which you think is best.

Looking for a co-author for my comic strips by rolandhuse
Hi this is a project only for finding a co-author for my comic strips. I created a comic figure, who's having funny adventures / gags in 3 scened comic strips. But I am not so good in gag writing and can't really figure out good stories. I would like to have this REALLY funny and outsanding, so, what I was thinkin about is that you might re-write or change 1-2 already existing episodes and submit 1-2 stories on your own. So, no drawings needed I only need a strory writer, or who I can brainstorming together on this comic in the future. Why it's not guaranteed? This may be difficult to find the right person, so I'll pay only in case I find a real co-author. I am not gonna use any of your stories unless you have been chosen as co-author! (I am not hunting stories). Why it is low-budget : 1.) I am a freelancer designer just like you, and I can't afford to pay more at the moment, I hope you understand that.2.)I am not making any money from this comic it's just for fun so far. We need a reusable advert or series of adverts suitable for a local magazine circulating around Dar es Salaam aimed at expat residents of Tanzania. The Adverts should be in a form such that they can be used as a template, so we can change it ourselves each month for different images and text depending on that month's theme - e.g. one month we will be focusing on hiking, then next on canoeing, the next on cycling. We would like somewhere on the design where we can put an offer if we wish (eg easter special). Every year we send out our Summer Sales Catalog to over 50,000 people in Australia, but this year we thought we would do something a little different and post a competition on Freelancer for someone to design the front cover to get some new and fresh ideas.
We are a John Deere Dealer in Bowral, New South Wales, Australia (visit our web page at www.agriquip.com.au ) and every year we send out our 40 page plus summer sales catalog, which consists of John Deere mowers, tractors, attachments and all sorts of weird and wonderful agricultural products.
This year we are also giving away a John Deere D110 Ride on mower (Front cover should have an image and "Details inside") Images of a D110 are included in this brochure http://agriquip.com.au/prestashop/brochures/d100_series.pdf and are widely available on the net.
The catalog is mailed to over 50,000 people in a clear plastic bag so the front cover is extremely important and receives a huge amount of exposure.
