I have an e-commerce website selling gourmet foods. It runs under Wordpress coupled with woocommerce and loads of carefully selected premium plugins mostly from woothemes. It is bug free and all plugins are up to date.
I am using a default themes from woothemes called superstore that I have customized up to my own technical/creative limits since I am not a designer or a developper.
I am now looking for a skilled web/graphic designer with solid knowloedge of Wordpress to improve the look and feel of my theme and website in general and put the last touch. He should be familiar with the theme responsiveness making sure all customizations work on all browsers and screen sizes (tablets, desktop etc...) as it does now.
Some ideas which can be explored to improve the template:
1) Improve Main menu design (UberMenu plugin)
2) Background images?
2) Font work?
3) Rework some images
4) Create a set of images, banners and website elements

DeadRatGames (yes, all one word) is doing a refresh of their web site and we need a new Logo!
We're moving to a Retina-enabled, iOS 7 style website (light color theme, white bg, thin font, dark pastel green color used as accent color)
Looking for:
- A Logo
- Yes, it's a Dead Rat! But he's not all dead, just mostly dead.
- Our Brand is the Logo (We don't have anything else)
- Anti-corporate, Tongue-in-cheek and Quirky.
- For a Dead Rat he is the cutest Rat you will ever meet.
- Black and White, so we can invert the color scheme for light/dark backgrounds.
- One rat, no text, shirt optional, tongue hanging out optional, sorta stiff, eyes must be 90% lifeless.
- Very simple and elegant, DRG isn't so fancy.

Touch-up to the landing page (color scheme, logo, background picture) of www.miaflix.com. I am interested in design, NOT coding.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
We plan to offer for rent restored Blu-Ray copies of old and rare movies. Thatâs the reason we have a projector and a TV (in the attached version of the homepage picture) on our front page. âMIAâ in the name of the company means a military term âmissing in actionâ (i.e. forgotten). Thatâs the reason we were trying to incorporate âmilitary/dog tagsâ that you see in the upper-left corner of the page into our design.
MORE DETAILS:
What I need to be done with the front page
* Memorable and recognizable logo and front page appearance. Currently, we have the âdog tagsâ. I donât like them much, nor do I like the way they are placed on the page. The company motto (âBlu-ray rentals the other guys left behindâ) doesnât look well as a part of the logo since itâs almost unreadable; it should probably be moved elsewhere.
* Good color palette that is easy on the eyes, inviting, and memorable. The current âgreen-ishâ looking one is neither, unfortunately. Obviously, neither the Netflix nor Blockbusterâs schemes should be used.
* An (old) movies theme is what we are looking for, but you also need to keep a reference to âMIAâ (for example, through using the dog tags I am using right now or otherwise). Keep in mind that the header is used for other pages as well.
* Attached is the PSD picture I have in mind for the background image (freelancer_background.PSD). Feel free to modify it the way you see fit or even leave the existing background if you prefer that. The dimensions are up to you as well. (Prize: 40)

The web site is not launched yet so you are free on picking the colors for the logo... we will choose the one that we like and build up the site based on the logo color scheme.
Qast.TV will be a broadcasting website where people will be able to live stream and broadcast directly from their webcam or from their mobile phone. The things that distinguish the site are:

The logo is a new business. IT is a winery by the name of "Adamo Estate Winery". It is a family business that is growing vines to produce red and white wine, last name Adamo. Adamo should be the dominate part of the logo.
The winery is in a region with rolling hills and lush vegetation. The name of the valley is Hockley Valley.
My client does not have a preference to colour to font or design elements. This requires a strong font and icon combined.
It will be up to the the winning designer to bring forth a strong design that will represent a corporate styled logo along with a connection to tradition family values.
