I would like the logo to have a picture or a design which represents either a mobile phone or an accessory such as, (headphones, or mobile phone cover or case etc). the logo needs to contain the words "MeraSkal.se". also the color schemes should be blue to neon blue. Financial Service empowerment for Spanish speaking clients by golex1
We're a company called SeguroFin. We're providing value priced solutions to customers' credit and insurance needs. Our main proposition is a bundle where a customer can borrow money for their needs/financial emergencies (initiate or improve a credit score), set aside a portion of the loan to pay for a 12 month car insurance policy (not pay anything out of pocket) and leave with the difference in cash with what they borrowed and what would pay for the insurance. Our colors are deep purple and black. The final design should communicate this proposition in a clear and simple message. Simplicity is key but with an impact that makes the proposition of doing business with us easy to understand. Make the flyer impactful and strike an emotional tone with a or some pictures that will motivate the customer to have intrigue and visit us to solve an issue.
If you insert photos of people, please make sure they are Latino looking people. I get the concept with those that have inserted an Anglo family but it's just not what our customer is and I'd like to see a realistic representation to help me visualize the design.
Must Have:
- Pictures or images to evoke the advantages of doing business with us:
-Loans with fixed payments for personal needs/emergencies
-Initiate and/or improve credit score
-Receive insurance with no money down for 12 months
-Save over $500!
The flyer must be simple and easy to interpret. Not busy. Must evoke emotion and not be a dry bank image. (attached example of a sex trafficking ad that hits home and makes the viewer really think about how big and common the issue is).

- Anything that evokes opportunity within reach; images that are based around assurance, a clear path and family

We used Wix to rapidly design our website. Now we need that site both desktop and mobile versions designed using HTML Responsive Bootstrap so that it looks EXACTLY the same. It will also need to support multilanguage based on browser detection, we will just need to framework to support so we can add content. I can send all the assets, but am looking to have this set up rather quickly on our server. I do not want any traces of the WIX website on this one at all. We are working on a very different and unique mobile phone news application and want freelancers to design the user interface on three levels.
The first page where users see when they come to the app. On this page, there will be categories like (News, Entertainment, Technology, Politics, Most Popular and Editor' s corner.
If user clicks Technology from the first page for example, it will lead to the second page which has different categories like... Latest, Phones, Gadgets, Apps.
When user clicks any of those, it takes him to the third page which is the news page, where he reads news supplied by rss/atom.
You are simply required to simply design the first, second and third page. No development work is required
We are looking for a design feel like flipboard (Please see attachment).
If chosen, your design will be used for our app and you will be given the credit.
In the attachment, you will also see the example of Google News, both are just for illustration and should not be copied.
We want a very innovative and distinctive design that will capture users attention. Yet, built with simplicity and sophistication.
The App name for the purpose of the design will be iNews. That is not the real name but we do not want to unleash it yet. However, freelancers should work with that pseudo name for now.

I have attached a crude representation of what I want to get across to my clients. We are organized to cradle our clients with a system that consists of a Master Negotiator Broker with ALL THE SUPPORT HE NEEDS TO FULLY SERVE THE CLIENT.
The typical situation in real estate sales companies is that there is a gaggle of untrained, semi-trained, well-trained, expert people getting into the business and failing out of the business (25% annual turnover) who are \\\\\\\"practicing\\\\\\\" on their clients\\\\\\\' most valuable assets, getting experience with on-the-job-training, potentially at the client\\\\\\\'s expense.
In our company, a 35 year veteran Broker, who is a master negotiator, PERSONALLY handles each client\\\\\\\'s negotiations and paperwork. I am the broker. I am a former Air Force Office, a former custom home builder, commercial broker, residential broker and residential lender, and I have a BS with Distinction from Cornell University, a MS in Economics, and am a 25-year member of Mensa International.
My point is that we are unlike virtually every other real estate company, because we have NO newbie, untrained licensed personnel. Our clients cannot get what we offer anywhere else.
We are appealing to \\\\\\\"Baby Boomers\\\\\\\" who ALL lived through our successful competition with Russia by putting a man on the moon, after Russia horrified us with their Sputnik.
