ok, 4th time I am posting an ad for a designer/developer to do our site over AGAIN. Not sure why it is so hard to find someone in the world who is Smart, Creative, Responsive, Understands the flow of a web-site, Understands user behaviour, can design and build a site that has all the necessary information on it that all "Successful" sites have on them. Can you do this? We will get 50 responses from "freelancers" mostly with canned responses and cheap prices, only to never hear back from 80% of them and the 20% suddenly increase their bid and/or are not qualified.
Don't respond unless you have read the requirements.
We need another redesign of our site M(o)(b)(i)(l)egua(r)d.c(o)m - the banners need to be better, the SEO needs to be better, calls to action need to be better, we are conducting a webinar in january and that should be on the home page, the request for information boxes should have the fields in them so the people don't have to click the button, blogs should be on the home page, recent press releases should be on the home page, the banner should not be so big and should be relevant, we have a "Guide to Mobile Compliance" that people can download - that should be seen on the home page. We have been in the Wall Street Journal, WFTV news, Dr. Phil - these should be on the home page.
The rest of the site should be more fluid using our BEST keywords, we need videos on some pages with embedded keywords.
Is there anyone out there that knows what they are doing, instead of drones that just the minimal amount of work/creative possible and don't check the links, the keywords, the grammar, the workflow, etc., before they say they are "finished"?
I am seeking someone EXTRAORDINARY who can deliver an AMAZING website. Someone who can guide us to the best possible site that can be created with graphics, format, conversions, SEO, content, in a responsive and professional manner. We need to look like a billion dollar company!
I will delete anyone who does not personalize their response. I really am frustrated beyond belief that I am not able to find anyone on this site that is a superstar - Please prove me wrong. I have several sites that need updating and looking for someone to help with all of them.
The basic colors and design are fine, we are just looking for someone to make it much better - do not have to start from scratch for the third time. The other companies we have worked with just vanished and never got back to us - even after being paid and leaving positive feedback. Absolutely do not understand how these people stay in business!?!?

Im setting up a new website called A Mindful Way using Word Press with the theme "Sensica" (http://progressionstudios.com/themes-wp/?theme=Sensica) and the default colour palette. The home page of the website can be found on http://amindfulway.com.au. The website is still in progress.
I am looking for a simple, smart and sophisticated logo that captures the themes of "mindfulness", "wisdom", "harmony", "relaxation", "clarity", "compassion" and "insight".
The logo colours need to work within the colour scheme of the Sensica theme.
I require the following:
1) A logo for the home page 190 pixels wide by 116 tall. The logo needs to include the phrase "A Mindful Way". If you design a logo that also has imagery, then I require two versions: one with just the imagery, and a second that has the imagery & the phrase.
