I need a new web site. My current site is www.mowdayton.com. It is a lawn and landscape company website. The current site has done me well, but I'm looking for something new and fresh. I only need a template as I will fill in all the information. I've looked over and over for templates online but can't seem to find anything that I like. Provide me with something that is unique and good looking. You can incorporate my logo somewhere on the site....I have attached a high resolution image of my logo. Also, a responsive template would be nice, but not necessary.

Hello,
I am launching a new site on how to restore classic cars for a graduate school project. I need a WordPress design for the site. We are using this template http://themes.tielabs.com/?theme=sahifa. The actual site and home page layout can be found here: http://www.howtorestoreaclassic.com/. The site will be an informational website to end users on how they can buy and restore a classic car.
With the layout decided, I just need you to help make some design changes. Here is what I need:
-I will need a logo/banner for the top. It should feature one or both of my classic cars. See attached pictures. I can supply more. It should also clearly display "HowToRestoreAClassic.com". You can use the actual pictures, but a sketch or digital drawing of the cars might be better.
- Side bar I would like to see the following elements in addition to the ones there: Author Bio/About Us widget. A widget/section that will allow users to enter their name and email address and download a free Restoration Tracking Spreadsheet. Again, see attached image. That image should appear above the email box. See http://www.dalecallahan.com/ as an example of a good one.
- Colors scheme. Colors should be masculine.
- An appropriate background image/pattern for a classic car site.
- Any other element you think would make sense for my market and my site.

Design Brief â Apt English Logo
Apt English is a new* online business offering English language tuition and related services to both consumers and business clients. The target audience comprises learners for whom English is not their first language. The logo required will primarily be for use in the consumer market.
(*The business has been running for some time in a very organic way. We are now in the process of packaging it.)
The main offering is currently English language classes with native speakers. Products include English Conversation, Business English and Exam Preparation among others. Both private classes and group classes are available.
Additional online learning content will be added over time.
Secondary services that are available but will not (yet) be actively promoted include proofreading and writing â articles, promotional materials etc

We would like a sans serif font. To ensure that the logo is grammatically correct, English must be written with a capital 'E'. We are open to use of upper or lower case for the other letters.

We are building a recipe portal and we need design ideas for the layout.
So this contest covers only a small part of the portal. You don't have to design the full project now.
Available information:
- Logo with main colors (the colors should be used in the design with care)
- Basic grid (you can modify it if you need)
