The application should import a georeferenced DWG file and a small CSV DB file. It will be possible to place several georeferenced pinpoints and when each one is selected it will be possible to introduce a set of information in a form with new information in some fields or choose info from DB that was imported in other fields, and be able to take photos and store them in the same geo coordinate. It should be possible to link several pinpoints and attribute 1-n relationship. It should be possible at in the end to export a CSV file/table, XLS or equivalent with all the information collected/selected and the all the photos taken.

We are looking to have a logo designed for a startup social media company. We will be primarily servicing small local businesses. The verticals include, but not limited to food & beverage, home improvement and professional services. The company name is 28 circles.
We would like something modern, but still a little conservative. An icon with letters or just letters only is acceptable. We would like something unique done with the "8" in 28, since it can be made with circles.
Couple of requirements

Design a Logo for my company by fredsmelo
My brother has a small business filming and photographing events (like anniversaries, weddings and other family related stuff), his final products are mainly customized DVDs and photography albums. He never cared to make a website or make any kind of online presence (people would just contact him over the phone), now he's trying to change that and he needs a nice good looking logo, just to get things started.
He named the company after his initials, FM MÃdia (mÃdia=media in portuguese, notice the accent on the letter à ). He has this idea that people are getting tired of "over produced" videos and photographs (like using tons of filters, effects and so on), he feels that a more "journalistic" approach (like simply reporting what is going on there) is more likely to be the trend in the near future. Said that, he wants his logo to pass an idea of "seriousness", but also confidence, like a news company logo, something like "Hey, look, I'm serious, you can tell by my logo that there will be no f*cking 3d rendered balloons on the corner of your pictures!".
As we discussed we had two ideas:
1) Have an outline of a fox merged to the logo (because the fox is the mascot of journalism - original? No. Easy to associate? Hell, yeah!). We also had this idea that the fox could have lens for eyes, I don't know, maybe that's the kind of idea that looks great on your head, but looks silly when executed.
2) Make the logo resemble something that people would be used to, like a company. "Like Facebook", we thought. We even made an sketch of this one (see the link below), but that's just too cheap, it resembles facebook too much.

We still like the fox idea better, but that's absolutely no limitation to any of this two ideas, if you consider everything I said and come up with something completely different, great! (I think that's the entire point of the contest anyway, right?). Only, please, come with no balloons in the logo!
This logo is to be used on his website, but also as a watermark in some public exposed pictures and maybe even in some marketing material, so small variations of the same logo would be highly appreciated (like a main "squared" logo, another "stretched" or "wide" version, or, say you use the fox mascot, a version with the mascot alone to be used as an "icon", etc).
