PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
Max PCM is a phase change material that when used in buildings can reduce cooling loads and HVAC energy consumption while enhancing the buildingâs comfort level.
LOGO DIRECTION:
The logo should convey scientific sophistication. A couple of words to give you the feel for what we are looking for would be: Scientific, technical, modern, bold, eye-catching, dynamic design.
BACKGROUND ON PRODUCT:
WHY CREATE A NEW BUILDING MATERIAL?
Buildings consume more energy than any other sector of the U.S. economy including transportation and industry. Buildings together use one-third of all the energy consumed in the U.S., and two-thirds of all electricity. Max PCM will address these concerns in a simple, economic and environmentally friendly way which will dramatically reduce heating/cooling energy use. Max PCM was formulated around a fundamental property of nature - the natural tendency of materials to absorb heat when they melt (phase change from solid to liquid) and to release heat when they solidify (phase change from liquid to solid). When phase change materials are placed in a building, they absorb heat during the day and release heat into the building at night. Max PCM dramatically reduces temperature fluctuation within the building and thereby reduces HVAC demand.
SAVE ENERGY
Max PCM is easily integrated into existing designs. The addition of Max PCM into an existing plan may yield up to 30% energy savings. In the exterior walls, it is simply stapled to the studs over the standard insulation. In ceilings, it is placed over the sheet rock in the attic before insulation is applied. The product can be easily trimmed around wall outlets and fixtures with scissors or a utility knife.
A TOTAL GREEN SOLUTION
Max PCM uses a proprietary blend of fire suppressant which has won the highest environmental product award issued by the European Union as it is 100 percent non-toxic, biodegradable and sustainable. Use of Max PCM will dramatically reduce energy consumption and lower direct greenhouse emissions.
HOW IT WORKS?
Max PCM actively absorbs, stores and releases heat in order to maintain a targeted temperature range within a building. When installed in ceiling and wall panels, the product works day and night to stabilize indoor temperatures. This simple passive approach to saving energy provides greater comfort for building occupants and more efficient HVAC system. If the building is too hot, Max PCM absorbs excess heat. Including any cursive/signature look.
No Script font (if necessary, THICK then)
Bold Fonts are a plus
Patterns on font face will not read well due to size of logo on the end product.
Color:
Multi-color words often times are hard to read
Stick to a maximum of three different colors. Make sure they compliment each other.
Overall Design:
Simple and clean are key. Have as little going on in the logo as possible. High detail doesn't show up (due to the size of the logo on the end product). It's unnecessary to have lots of small details. (Prize: 100)

Hello, we're looking for a new iconic logo for Snowdog Guru, a husky training and tips website.
We recently ran a Freelancer contest for a logo for Snowdog Guru and were pleased with the quality of the results and the winning entry (see attached file), however, since using the logo we have found a number of issues; for example the logo only works on light coloured backgrounds, it doesn't look great when smaller because of the level of detail. It is also worth noting that we are not keen on the current typography either.
The company is growing fast and we eventually plan on having our own branded equipment and dog food, so the winning design will likely be seen by millions of people around the world. We want a more iconic logo, one that will be instantly recognisable and will work at various sizes and on different colored backgrounds.
Huskies are cute, beautiful animals, we would like the logo to be cute, friendly but professional.
The first attached file is our current logo.
The second attached file is one of our favorite husky related logos. This does not mean copy the logo, it is just giving you an idea of what stands out to us as a branded, iconic logo.
The other files are related logos that we feel are iconic and like. However, please use your imagination and creativity, stand out from the crowd.

The new layout must contain the following features:
1) Remove the existing navigation.
2) Remove the sidebar.
3) New menu must have drop-down menus.
4) New layout must have a menu bar above the new navigation, with common branding, used to link to other "sister" sites owned by the company (see below).
5) Layout must be mobile/responsive (960px, 768px/480px, 320px). You must provide examples in your contest entry.

Need small edit to my logo by xpertdesigns
I have a logo that needs a couple of small edits. The company name is " Fresh Oil " The Letter " O " is made with an image of the World Globe, The letter "I" had a Bottle and Oil wrapped around, bottle is also pouring oil on top of World Globe.
What I need is, I need you to take a look at my logo and do the following:
1. I need The image of the World Globe to be as big as the Letter " F " in the word Fresh. same height.
2. I also need the letter " F " in the word fresh, to be more fun, more creative, maybe a different font, spice it up a little.
Feel free to use a different World Globe image. but please try to use the bottle image I have. I also like to keep oil wrapped around letter "I" as it is.

Hi everyone, I need an image for the back of a hooded sweatshirt. The image needs to be as close to identical to the drop bear character seen in this comic strip http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2013/08/07
1. It doesn't need the blood - should be more friendly like the 3rd panel in the comic.
2. The bear needs to look as close to the original as possible.
3. it needs to be chewing on / taking bites out of a GIANT COOKIE / BISCUIT.
4. Must be large / HQ work - at least 2000x2000
5. Additional credit will be given to put in some sort of Australian reference - a flag, the cork hat that the characters wear etc.
