I need someone that is fast and accurate to perform some simple customized design and custom css functions on my website rentitbahamas[dot]com. I do not want messy coding that can prevent proper upgrades later. The changes I am requesting are to be done using the Custom Css settings so that theme upgrades will not ruin the customization.

- Delete "None" from Category
- Delete "None" from Listed In
- Delete "Normal" from Property Status
- Add " Available" to Property Status options.
- Increase photo submission minimum to 3 photos
- Add " Available" to Property Status options (with Gray background when displayed).
- Add " RENTED" to Property Status options (with Orange background when displayed).
- Beside "Address" Add the note "(Provide Street name only, Do NOT include house, apartment or unit numbers)"
- Listing location criteria needs to be Country, Island (instead of City), Area/Neighborhood.
- Format the Listing Location box properly
- Delete the option to enter Google Map coordinates and Street View
- Delete "Size in ft2", "Lot Size in ft2" and "Rooms" from Property Details
- Format Property Details box properly
I also need some help with the back end of the site. When a new person registers on the site, a password is automatically emailed to them from the site. I noticed that any other correspondence from the site e.g. confirmation email that their property has been listed or new password requests are also sent from the same address. I am trying to figure out how to change that email address to one that I prefer. It is currently set to an address that I do not like so I would rather a more professional address be used for this purpose.
The timeline for completion is I will provide site backend details and other information required to the selected candidate.

Help me come up with a business name by tmcclatchey
So our business is looking to restructure into three separate subdivisions, with our primary business name converting to a holding company of sorts. The holding company, the website/software development division, and entertainment division all have proper names, however, we are having trouble coming up with a simple yet effective name to promote our computer repair side of the business.

The consultancy name is Clifftop Fence - we work in preventative health, health promotion and health policy.
Where does the name come from:
There is a story about how it is better to build a fence at the top of a cliff than have an ambulance waiting at the bottom. It is a pretty commonly known concept in preventative health and is based on a poem from the early 1900's. This is another way of saying that prevention is better than the cure.
What I'm looking for:

From 'flowchart snapshot' to digital product graphics by appysoft
A e-commerce site is being built using the website builder weebly.com. The product is 100% digital and involves the customer ordering a combination of tasks that will be applied to two or more data sources. The job is to design and produce a set of 5 graphical images that represent the category and four digital products or tasks that are part of it.
Already made a good attempt at the graphics myself, see example file. I think they mainly look like small portions of a larger flowchart, rather than a bespoke graphic representing a digital product. It is important to keep the black header, as some text will remain here. The area beneath the black footer line must be kept clear as other text is placed on top of this area.
In the Weebly template I am using a category image that must be of a certain size, see attached category image file. On the storefront the product graphics are slightly zoomed in, once you click on the product then the image size corresponds to the category image size. The product graphics should be able to cope with this behaviour in a cohesive way, see attached product image files. (Prize: 30)
