Hi there, we need to design an app mockup
To choose the right designer to design the hole app we make this simple contest:
We need a design for one screen in this app - this is the screen with the list of people and their organizational rating.
So it's scrollable screen with let's say 5 persons on the screen simultaneously
For each person there should be person's name, photo, and 2 ratings - user's rating for that person and an average rating for that person from all the users)
We prefer simple but stylish design, better flat design (but not a must)
As for colors - we prefer it as bright as possible (but once again, it's not a must)
We don't need STANDARD contact list styles. It should be different and eye catching.

Our 65 year old company Capital Ceramics has a new industrial products division. This division sells ceramic raw materials such as refractories, chemicals, and mineral raw materials. We also provide developmental work on ceramic products, manufacture industrial ceramic components, and make 3D printed ceramic components.
Our current company website is www.capitalceramics.com but it only covers our artist products.
The logo we need will be used for our website, literature and business cards. It will also be used on products that we manufacture. Ceramics that we handle are known for handling extremely hot and cold temperatures, therefore we were thinking of using hot colors like yellow, orange and red. Capital Ceramics should be in bold, and Industrial Division should be included in smaller letters.
Ceramics can encompass a wide range of products from kiln bricks, to rocket nose cones, to medical devices and even electronics. We want the logo to give a feel of ceramic technology, but not specific to any industry.

Windows Phone 8 application by Somaiya
I need a small Windows Phone 8 application (Greeting Card Maker). Not too fancy, just has to have the following:
1. a control for changing the background
2. a control to add images/clipart for decoration on top of the background. The user must be able to add as many images as he likes, and be able to delete, resize, position them on the greeting card.
3. a control to add text. User must be able to change font, font size, style (just bold/italic) and color, and delete. User can add as many text elements as he wishes.
4. option to save the finished greeting card as a jpg in gallery.
5. option to share it on facebook, twitter, whatsapp, or email.

Just add 2-4 backgrounds, and 2-4 clipart images..i will add more images according to my requirements.

Improve the Ranking of my Homepage on Google by Thullium
I launched my new website on September 10, 2014 and would like to improve its ranking on google and other search engines. The website is located at www.welkerandcompany.com. I have been blogging regularly since the launch and will continue doing so. I have six offices and six google plus pages. I post my daily blog posts on each google plus page as well as twitter, facebook, tumblr, and LinkedIn.
I have loaded a sitemap into google websmaster tools already.
I am using Yoast (a wordpress plugin) to help me with SEO in each post. I use meta tags, tags, and alt image text in my blog posts.
My homepage still ranks poorly and is difficult to find even when searching for "Welker and Company" specifically. I want to rank better for the keywords "Welker" and "Welker and Company"
I don't know if I require back links, or not but I am in need of help to improve the site's ranking.
Please provide brief proposals. If things work out there will likely be ongoing work in the future.
