Unity 3D Low Poly Building Constest (First step of a large project with a budget of US$ 300.00 at least)
We are designing game which evolves building a city. We believe we will need around 20 to 30 distinct buildings for the complete project. Building types would include houses, two-store house, commercial buildings, gas stations and so on. We found several models at websites, but most of them are not game ready or defective (high poly 3D models, textures and texture maps Unity 3D incompatible)
First, we would like to hire a freelancer to build one 3D model for we to evaluate and then hire for a large project.
The model must be as the follow specification:
- Two Story house (attached pictures are just a suggestion of design)
- Low Poly (suggestion: from 3.000 to 15.000)
- Unity 3D compatible
- Texture and Materials
- Texture map bump, specular and/or normal are a plus
We would like to receive a prefab in Unity 3D. Please, do not attempt to submit other's persons work. (Prize: 20)

I am in the process of re-branding our small home business. We currently operate out of www.babypersempre.com and it has been effective, but the common complaint is the name is too difficult to remember. We have settled on the new business name of Comfy Cloth and would like to have the new logo reflective of the new path of our business.
Our goal is to reach out to more hospitals and special needs facilities to market our special needs products maintaining our additional customer base of individuals wanting something "more out there and special".
I don't want a logo that is 3D or gradient as I plan to have it made into a woven clothing tag and must use only spot type colors so don't want to have to change the logo right after I get it created.
I'm looking for something to WOW me, but with both FUN and PROFESSIONALISM in mind.

This design is for an existing late night, gourmet, cookie delivery service located in Boone NC. We are starting an initiative called the 30 thirty project that will work with local non profits to help alleviate hunger in the Appalachian Mountains.
The idea for this design is the existing logo with a banner across the cookies that reads '30 Thirty' or '30 Thirty Project' with a dot between the words 30 and thirty. The banner should be blue. I would like to have the attached photo to have a sharper, cleaner look. Also I want the black border removed. Then the edge could be faded off, torn, crosshatch, or possibly a burnt look. We require a design for the homepage of a new corporate style website. "Drivers Defence Force'â (logo will be provided)
DESIGN A MOCK-UP OF WEBSITE HOMEPAGE.
The main focus is to be a corporate reception mock-up design that should occupy (full-screen width) x approximately 80% of screen height.
Our logo to be displayed clearly on a wall. Smallish reception desk, leather couch seating area.
Must also incorporate an elevator door in the design that is face-on direction. Also to incorporate two people in the design that are 'blurred' standing within the reception area. Colours, white, shades of grey. Very cool, corporate, minimalist appeal.
Under the reception mock-up design the rest of the homepage must incorporate our employees as thumbnails in a grid 5 x 5 thumbnails, 5 latest post excerts and an area to accommodate approximately 500 words of text.
Colour-scheme for the area under the corporate reception, black & white predominantly - using shades of lighting.
Anywhere on the homepage, in different areas to also incorporate 2 banners; (180*150 and 728*90). Additionally to include a video display.
Footer. divided into 4 sections for; Displaying twitter feed, facebook followers, contact text, one or two small professional accreditations.
Menu should be horizontal above header area.
