I need some Graphic Design for a real estate yard sign by buddyq
I just got my new logo created by using a contest and I was very happy with all the submissions and results I received!!! So I wanted to do it again. This time, I need to create a yard sign that that will be placed in front of a house when selling real estate. I have attached some samples of ones that I like.
Must be simple, catchy, classy, not too busy, and blow all of these samples out of the water. I want people to drive by this sign and go
"Wow! That's actually a nice looking sign!" I've attached some "nice" signs that are simple and classy but I want mine to be WAY better.
Our company colors are red, white, black. It's a certain red though.

Signs come in two sizes so I would like two versions. 18" x 24" AND 24" x 18" (inches).

Dear Freelancers,
we are looking for a freelancer who will work with us on a long term basis: We are currently building an online shop where we sell high quality flower bouquets. So the products we sell are:
- Unique
- Creative
- Emotional
- Warm
- Elegant
We are looking for a designer/illustrator who we can use for banner and graphic design for future work. This first contest will be to design an illustration of a man in a flower shop, building a flower bouquet. We will show this illustration in a "how it works" section in our shop.

So we want a similar style - but not 100% the same. The setting can also be similar - a flower workshop. You can of course add your own touches and own style. The man could e.g. be arranging flowers or so. So the pose etc can of course be different --> THIS IS JUST AN AUDITION - we will not use this as the 100% final illustration, which is why you can also add your own touches. You can also have a man AND a woman create the bouquet.
We would like the flowers to really draw the attention - so you can e.g. also use collages or so for the flowers. You can also paint them using colour - whatever you like.
We need a UNIQUE style, which we can use throughout the website --> so we would then also like to work with you for MORE banners and graphics. So e.g. the man you use in this illustration - will then also be used in other illustrations. This specific image is rather zoomed out - we will need to adapt this style in close ups as well (e.g. for navigation graphics) --> for example a close up illustration of a bridal bouquet in a vase. Or this man shown close up holding a bouquet.
You can see the sample here (www.panamy.ch/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/We_prepare_your_flowers_bouquet.jpg) has a vintage charm - elegant but also creative. You can also play with fonts if you'd like --> maybe you can add a sign to the door saying "come in it's open!"
PROPORTIONS: You can create this image with the following measurements: 800px (width) and 500px (height).

3D Realistic Private Jet by DynModelsStudio
1. Who we are:
Dyn Models Studio is a small growing company composed of 3d artists and Web designers with large amount of projects in mind.
We are recruiting artists for working on our projects with a really long term professional relationship.
Winners will be able to work with us working on a big number of models and we will pay per model.
2. The Contest Project Brief:
The contest consist in create a complete 3d model of this Private Jet: Hawker 800xp.
We need it on a range of 10k-25k of polycount.
The artist is totally free about using the references that he wants, the only objective is to make it as best realistic and accurate he can.
Also we have attached some reference images and blueprints of the model, take note that we need a GENERIC WHITE texture of it with all fuselage details and some realistic old effects.
3. Model Features:
·Plane description
- We need a base fuselage mesh with all flying elements modeled (Flaps, ailerons..)
- Landing gear with the fitting hole on the fuselage.
- Airplane windows modeled (No textured)
- Best mesh optimization possible with a good edge flow.
·File delivery format:
- 3ds Max (.max)
·No errors on opening - Model file must open without texture-related errors (missing textures, corrupt textures, etc.)
·Geometry specs:
-Hard Surface modeling.
-We need the best geometry possible, without isolated or coincident vertex.
-Mesh topology ONLY with quad and triangles.
-Model in Real World Scale.
-Unwrapped UVs with high quality texture.
·Texture specs:
-Texture resolution in 4k( 4096x4096px)
-Texture with a large amount of details like screws and fuselage lines with realistic
looking. (No flat colors)
4. Winners will be selected based on several aspects:
·Precision on model representation.
·Mesh quality and topology.
·Texture quality
·Airplane parts detail.
·Uv mapping solution.
·Unnecessary aspects (This things will be not needed and will not count to final decision.)
·Material settings, rendering and lighting.
We can select more than one artist, but the reward will be only for winner, but the best finalists will able to enter on the project too if the results are succesful.
5. How to present the model:
As more reference images better, essential wireframe of the whole plane and on few close parts.
Finalists will send the entire model to check it more closely, and then we will know the winner!
