What Are We Looking For?
We require two different logos:
⢠One logo for the company name (36 Software). This logo should emphasize the number â36â.
⢠One logo for the product (SmartDocs). This logo should be text based (i.e., contain the word âSmartDocsâ).
The logos will often be used together side-by-side. Therefore, they must work great together. The logos will also be used independently, so they do need the ability to stand alone.

Project is all but guaranteed - Just don't want to get stuck having to choose from few options, so please sign-up and give it your best. So if you pay close attention to the briefing and integrate all the elements you'll likely find yourself rewarded. It's just following the instructions and putting it together, with your own professional touch, of course. So read carefully.
PHASE 1 - Logo for an architecture practice: (green/sustainable/organic/modern)
Arquitetura Organica.
Projetos e reformas.
With main focus being on "ORGANICA"
and the other text is subtext.
The logo is to be a combination of stylised text (combined with appropriate fonts but not to be font dependent, as in obvious "font art") - but rather "word art"
where the word makes the art through graphics and styling integrated with the lettering. I prefer lettering on the heavy/bold, substantial, with the subtext being lighter/thinner/looser even handwritten style.
The letter "O" should be emphasised.
The Letter "O" should incorporate some graphic styling or design emphasis.
The letter "O" could be graphically reinterpreted to reflect an "O" in an abstract (NOT SYMMETRICAL) and stylised way.
KEYWORDS: Geometric, cubed, faceted, monochromatic, punctuated, pop/contrast/color, architectural, minimalist, modern
DO NOT USE FLUORESCENT OR LIGHT/BRIGHT COLORS - use pure, saturated and contrasting colors green and orange/red accents or organic, natural color tones - think retro color schemes.
AND DO NOT .. be too symmetrical (looks amateurish) (this is not to say not balanced, which it should definitely be!)
PHASE 2 - Take logo and design WEBSITE MOCKUP scheme to match.
Green, white, grey, accent reds, orange, yellow. Background to have a greyed-out watermark/underlay of a
Geometric pattern, grid, and/or TOPOGRAPHY lines giving an architectural / mapping pattern to the backdrop areas.
Take all three samples and combine into one balanced site mockup consisting of
ONLY 2 PAGE TEMPLATES: HOME & CONTENT to include:
Home Page:
⢠Header area with logo and top navigation, etc.. links
⢠Featured Image Slider
⢠Left navigation of categories like in sample pics.

and feel free to fill in the blanks with any missing details that you think would make this site.
Site mockup to be delivered in PHOTOSHOP cleanly formatted/organised ready to use to convert to HTML.
The main goal here is to take these block of elements, lay them out, and give the design styling and detail. It is the integration of all the parts into a nicely designed whole. Use the details from the 3 example pics as a guide as well as the logo and reference pics. Black or white nav bars, translucent grey over image background menus and content boxes, white background (with subtle geometric overlay/watermark) giving plenty of space an openness to the layout, oversized green, black, grey?? texts (such as for category links) and colourful contrasting accents (red, orange, purple, yellow - primary color scheme) - can be in nav bar links, or in graphic design of logo or background or otherwise. Think open and fluid not blocky and closed. Also worth mentioning is that the background is an important aspect of this task. The one that has a nice subtle background that ties in nicely to the overall layout will definitely have the advantage.

Design a Logo for At The Grade by TristanLF
I'm a freelance colour grader in the film and television industry, based in Sydney Australia but I work world wide. I've recently moved from being a sole trader to a business, I chose "At The Grade" as a name as it's often how the process is referred to, as in "we are at the grade tomorrow" or "I can't talk now I'm at the grade" kind of thing.
In case anyone is unfamiliar with what colour grading is, it's one of the last processes in film and tv production (post production) where I work very closely with the director, director of photography and to a lesser extent the producer to create a look and feel for the project. Sometimes it might be very straightforward and its just basic balancing and maintaining consistency, the times we do an aggressive look where the director had a very particular vision. Its is a highly creative field but at the same time there is a strong technical aspect to it.
I'm looking for something fairly basic, definitely not busy or overcomplicated and despite the fact that it's colour grading, or colour correction that I do I dont want too many colours, probably no more that 2 colours. I don't actually have a vision of exactly what I want except that it be simple and modern. I was thinking of taking advantage of the "at" part being @ ...
