It is a website that works like Trustpilot - just for schools and educations. Students go and rate their current school or education, but with ratings and a review.
When I had the frontpage designed I made two major mistakes. I am located in Denmark, Scandinavia, Northern Europe. But...
1. The frontpage main image is of foreign students.. probably from the US or something like that - definetely not from Denmark. But I have found an image that will replace it soon.
2. The logo. The head that is currently my logo wears a graduation hat that is only used in America. Definately not a Danish thing!
Two rookie mistakes from me. So, guys. What I need is a new logo I like the current logo actually, it just needs a Scandinavian twist. (No Vikings;))

The Logo should be designed in 2 parts:
1. AM - It is the acronym for the group's founder Arun Mandal. AM will be used in conjunction with many other businesses in the future e.g. AM Venture, AM Asset Management etc. The requirement around AM is to depict - Quality of the highest standard. So it can be more of royal or elegant colour combinations / shine / font.
2. Wealth Advisors - this should depict Long term approach ( Hint : some firms use meansering river into the sunrise) / growth oriented approach (Hint: a lot of firms use a tree here)
Please also remember that both point 1 and 2 have to be combined to provide a single logo. So it should melt into each other also.
Feel free to bring your ideas on the table.

Design the text and layout for a 120 pages step by step guide by derkatalane
I have written 120 pages in Google docs which I want to have designed professionally. This should include the design of a cover page, the design of 3 reoccurring icons ("Tip", "Attention", Advice") and the design of the entire text. A logo for the cover will be provided. The text is a step by step guide with lots of sections and explanations.
The current text already includes headlines, pictures, a table of contents and placeholders for the icons. I am looking for someone who can turn this plain text into a nice colorful guide/brochure. I have attached a brochure to give you an idea of what I am looking for. The attachment is called "KDS template". This template is black and white but I would be looking for a more colorful design.
Within the 120 pages there is 30 page long section with one table per page. All of these tables look similar but very simple. I am looking for a nice design for this table. In the end all tables should have the same design. Attached you can find an example of one table (please refer to "kds table example").
The language of the text is German ans must not be changed!

Final format should be "Microsoft Word" or "Pages" in order for me to change the text afterwards if necessary.
