Hello.
I need a logo designed for my new mobile app development company. The company is called Appy Chap. We develop apps for all popular platforms.
Appy Chap is funny because it sounds like the phrase Happy Chap. As in... "That guy over there, he's a happy chap!" or "Jesus, how come you're such a happy chap this morning?".
Because it's the first thing that people who use our apps will see when they open the app on their device, I want the logo to be simple and striking. Not too many colours. Even if it just incorporated one or two colours that would be fine. I don't really have any ideas for the logo aside from the vague instructions I've left above. I will consider both text only logos and also logos that incorporate some kind of symbol or image with text. My personal style is retro, so I'd probably like to see something with a bit of a retro (70's/80's edge).
I also only have $100 to spend. I'm interested to see what I receive back.

I am looking for an online text game UI mock up design. I am an advanced developer and can easily convert the mock up to code. I am looking for nothing fancy, just the general layout of the UI and maybe a color scheme.
Some background on the project. It will be a crowd funding attempt on offbeatr (already approved) in the coming weeks and the current game version (very early) is at http://play.transruption.com.
If the game is successful on offbeatr the development will push into full swing, and will be crowd sourced for objects that I cannot do.
The first page of the game will be a simple loading page, the second will be a sign in screen (similar to a game launcher) and the third will be the actual UI for the game. Attached are some mock up's i have made, incomplete but the general "flow" is there.

This project budget is low as it is also a test. I can design the UI myself if need be, but if I see enough skill through this even with a low budget, I will be more inclined to add more projects here for the game later. (Prize: 50)
