I would like to create 2 x simple web banners for use on my website.

Recently we have just launched $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping (and free shipping for orders over $200).
This task is hopefully easy and fun. There isn't too much required!!!
REQUIRED:
833 x 90px banner (Animated GIF preferred but static JPG considered)
300 x 250px banner (this doesn't have to animate)
TEXT:
"Introducing $9.95 flat rate shipping Australia wide / Free shipping on orders over $200"
***** You don't have to include "introducing"& you can separate the two messages (most important is $9.95 message)****
GRAPHICS:
* I would like this banner to be really nice looking & stand out - please avoid "white background" as it will blend into the site behind it.
* A image of a truck and / or boxes is standard in these banners - I hope we can include a truck & some boxes maybe. (generic is fine!)
WHAT WOULD BE GREAT:
* I would love a basic animation where the truck drives across the long banner - dragging the message text behind it..
(but not mandatory)
* Animated GIF file (Basic)

I need the ability to populate up to 100 contest at a time with information I see fit
Each contest will need the following fields
1. Amount of Currency necessary for entry
a) joebloons
b) pieces of Ape
c) Golden Monkeys
D) 10 Golden Monkeys
2.Prize amount
A) Either cash amount or prize description
B) a place to put a picture either of prize or whatever
3. Game (games) played for prize maybe all games may be a select game or a number of games.
4. Duration of contest.
Brokers will come to a Brokers only site and be able to "reserve" a contest and need a way to track their players.
Those contest will also need to be populated by me same as above.

We want a skilled graphic designer to come up with some excellent concepts for our bean bags, using some top licenses! Our bean bags are going to be used with licenses from Marvel, DC, Disney, Sonic the Hedgehog and more. We are particularly interested in design concepts for Marvel themed bean bags, especially The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man & Spider Man. We would also love to see some great DC designs with Batman, Superman and characters from the upcoming DC Suicide Squad film.
These bean bags are going to be focussed on teenagers and young adults and need to fit in perfectly with the room of any gamer or avid comic book reader. We don't expect perfected finished designs, what we really want is amazing concept art such as the attached concepts designs. We want to get some outstanding ideas that we can work with and develop with a skilled designer. We really want concept bean bags that are outstanding particularly an Incredible Hulk wrapping his arms around the person in the seat, or a Captain America Shield seat.
The competition winner must really WOW us with incredible ideas!

I want a picture that will show a living room that is a mess - kids running around, things fell, stuff spilled, and a very tired mother.
On the wall there is her wedding picture - beautiful and happy.
the picture shows the difference (dissonance) between the happy wedding, and what happens in real life afterwards.
I would rather a realistic picture, maybe directed and designed (How about your own home?)
But a good photoshop work or illustration can also do.
It will be used in a video. zoom out starting from the wedding picture and then to the reality.
