Design a Logo by cheekyscientist
Logo that will be used for a product that has a target audience of scientists who are going to work in business.
The products name is Scientist MBA - so the logo should be a version of that - with an element/vector incorporated into it to indicate business or success or moving forward.
It is for both men and women - so should NOT be gender specific ( e.g. like a tie is very masculine so would not be appropriate)
We are keen to see a variety of different creative options - as wide a variety as possible - so try to not look at the other entries, as we are looking for as much creative expression as possible.
Because it's for a professional brand it should not be gimmicky or too cartoony.
While the image we provided is a guide - it does not need to be exactly like this - as mentioned above - we are looking for creative expression.
The target audience tends to be elitist, and highly intelligent with advanced degrees so keeping it professional and exclusive looking would be an advantage.

I would like a hipster look, maybe a house symbol? I've done a little play around myself (although its rubbish) but I now have a few starting points. I haven't yet found anything symbol-wise related to eye lashes that I like without it looking tacky but I'm open to ideas.
I have uploaded a few logos that I've played around with.
I like a lavender/ mauve colour and also duck egg blue as these are the colours in my treatment room although happy for it to be black and white also. It is a beauty business so I don't want anything industrial looking. I have uploaded examples of hipster logos that I like.
I quite like the effect of lines / box around text.

Help us design the carpeting for the Freelancer office - Multiple Winners! by FreelancerComp
At Freelancer we are always challenging boundaries and pushing the limits when it comes to design and technology. Our office in the heart of Sydney needs to reflect those ideals by providing a creative and fun working environment. To help us achieve that goal, we would love your help to design the carpet patterns to be used throughout our Sydney office.
What were looking for:
- We want carpet designs using a specific color and pattern for our entire office (minus the conference rooms), refer to the floor plan attachment.
- The carpet designs can be of various patterns and colors based on where they are in the office but should follow a consistent theme.
- We do not want any blue in the design.
- The only area where we would like to have the generally black and perhaps gold design as seen in the example entry is the entertainment area.
- Our conference rooms already have carpet and can be seen in the floor plan attachment. The carpet next to these areas should be more neutral in color and pattern so as not to contrast with those carpets.
- Entries should be presented similar to the attached "Entry Example" which shows the carpet designs against the areas of the office where they would be placed.
- To help with visualisation, refer to the "Additional Resources" attachment and use the Multi Tile design system link - this provides carpet patterns, colors and room examples to use in your entry.
- Additionally we have walkthrough of our office up on dropbox - check out the link in the "Additional Resources" attachment
Conditions to win:
- Entries should present carpet design solutions for the entire office.
- Entries should be of similar quality and presentation to the "Entry Example" attachment.
- Entries can be presented in image format, with final files to be in PDF, DOC and/or image files.

Design a Logo for a Car Hire Company by andybuchel
We're looking to have logo designed for a new Car Hire Company in the Philippines that specialises in hiring Owner Jeeps (https://www.philmotors.com/image/2001-Owner-Type-Jeep-310-3809221_2.jpg) to tourists in Subic Bay, The Philippines.
The company is called 'Rent A Jeep'.
The logo should reflect the comapny motto which is 'festive, flashy and fun' (this also describes the vehicles).
The these logo needs to be mostly typographic, but can have some stylistic elements, some ideas include:
-'Beach-y' theme as Subic is on the coast with beach resorts near by
-'Jungle' theme as the region has a lot of rainforsts and national parks
-'Night life' theme as the area has a lot of bars and nightclubs
