We are a new team of 3 designers who are starting off in the field of hand crafted designs. Right now the aim is to begin with hand made greeting cards and eventually expand into the realm of stencils, stickers, calendars, and even paintings.
Our design studio focuses on paper based crafts but will eventually expand into home decor as well, so please keep that in mind while designing a logo.
The name of our design studio is Studio 324.
The '324' stands for two different ideas - First, it is the physical address of the studio where the three designers grew up and is essentially "home". Secondly, it is also meant to represent 3 designers whose creative minds work 24 hours a day. Please keep both these ideas in mind while developing a logo.
The name of the company needs to read as Studio three twenty-four and NOT studio three hundred and twenty four OR Studio three two four OR Studio thirty two four. Visually the logo needs to almost coerce the audience to read it as Studio three twenty-four.
In term of colours, please note that no more than 2 to 3 colours are desired. One is also acceptable. Please also note that since we have multiple types of products (such as cards, stickers, etc.) we may also consider the use of different colours for the same logo. So please keep that in mind (and we accept possible colour suggestions)
We are keen on a type based logo as opposed to any sort of emblem, though we are open to the idea of a simple one (along the lines of the tick mark of Nike or the apple of Apple - simple and clean)
The logo itself will be used as a small sticker on the back of greeting cards - so please keep that in mind. Clarity and legibility of the logo on a small scale is very important.
In terms of font, we are open to interesting ideas. However, our preference lies in sans serif fonts. But if you show us an interesting idea, we may consider it.

On being awarded the win, we expect full rights over the logo and will require the Raw file to be able to re-size and re-scale the logo as we see fit. We will have full rights over the logo.

What we need
We need simple wireframes (hand sketched or digital) to help us visualize the customer journey and test with a subset of our target audience. The UI/UX needs to be simple, desktop and mobile friendly.
We also want a simple sheet showing information architecture to help us organize navigation in a clear and understandable way. We are happy to provide quick feedback as we progress through the design. In fact, expect feedback.
Design philosophy
Our key focus in on the user experience, and as such we want the website to guide the user through the client conversion process in a simple, organized, and intuitive way.
We want the design to bring a smile to our audienceâs face. Our goal is to use this as an opportunity to create a pleasant experience.

Target audience
Our target audience largely consists of women between the ages of 25-44 with young families. This includes a range of women with children ages 0 - 10.

Persistent shopping cart - Having a persistent shopping cart can go a long way in checking cart abandonment as 24% of customers leave shopping carts so that they can come back and purchase later.

Right now we want to focus on a simple landing page with a clear call to action that will nudge prospective clients into the ordering process. As we develop further we want to A/B test elements on the landing page such as social proof/ client reviews, resources, and client benefits.
Center screen is a brief description of the lifestyle benefit from our service with a large call to action button that says, âGet startedâ.
Below the call to action button is a small banner that says âWe currently serve the following communities: ⦠â.

It should grab someoneâs attention as they walk past it. I would prefer minimum text on the roll up. We would like to update our website (www.mastertek.com.au) to a more contemporary style and also move it from Wix to Wordpress. We have limited internal capacity and capability so would need the finished product to be very template based so that we can manage it ourselves going forward.
All of the elements and content of the current website are still relevant and we can provide access to the limited photo stock that we've used - though we are very open to the designer selecting new imagery in keeping with the focus of our work - "Building High Performance Organisations". Imagery we like is less 'business/office/corporate' type stock and a little bit more abstract (thinking of the climbing wall, honeycomb structures, spotlight etc).
Some areas of our site need to be password secured as the content is available to paying members only. Also we'd like to be able to do as much tracking and monitoring of the website usage as possible - we have a google analytics account and would like also to collect contact details of visitors to the 'Papers' page in order for them to download documents etc.
Ease of navigation for visitors is critical for us and people should be able to easily go 'backwards' as well as 'forwards' in terms of moving through different pages - this is big for us as people may often click through different pages and need to be able to easily go back to the one they came from.
We would like to see our icon set used where relevant - we will add them in ourselves but would need the design to incorporate placeholders near to each piece of text explaining our services (see this page for an example of the text I'm referring to http://www.mastertek.com.au/#!talent/cyt4).
The About Us pages offer the best overview of our business and could form a basis for the new home page which we imagine will be designed as a scroll-down page like many contemporary websites. I should stress though that we are very open to new design ideas hence running this as a competition rather than a specific brief.
We would potentially like to add a video/or automated Powerpoint slide deck to the current Benchmarking Tools page (http://www.mastertek.com.au/#!remconnect/c45k) as we own some proprietary software that could be better advertised this way. We can provide an example PPT slide deck but would prefer that the design incorporates a template with placeholders so that we can slot the presentation in ourselves.
Visitors also need to be able to access the following link from any page ideally (https://mastertek.remconnect.com/Client/Login) - we currently have it sitting as part of the menu bar in the top right corner.
Needless to say we'd like everything set up to be as SEO friendly as possible from the start too! (Prize: 500)

Design a Logo for my Health/Oil Company by nestochen
Hi freelancers!
I need a logo for my essential oil/health company, Traveling Oils Guy. The logo will be used on the header of my website as well as need to fit on a small label on my actual products which are small 10mL glass bottles so the logo can't be too expansive. I've attached an image of another product where I like the use of color and geometrics around the name but would be too expansive - only something to work off of.
The logo should incorporate the name, Traveling Oils Guy, multiple colors, and add some flare with primarily geometrical shapes.
I'm open to abstract ideas however, be creative!
