Design a Logo for a Brand Selling Paleo Diet Nutrition Products by CreoNova
I need a logo designed for a brand, named "Paleotrition", that sells nutritional products for individuals on the paleo diet. An example product is a nutrition bar with ingredients that adhere to the paleo diet restrictions and lifestyle, offering those on the diet an on-the-go snack that prevents them from having to break their dietary goals. This logo will be used on everything from the brand's website to the actual packaging the nutritional products come in.
Since the paleo diet is known as the "primitive" or "primal" diet due to its basic guidelines that you can eat anything a caveman could have eaten, I would like for that to be represented in the logo. Some general ideas I came up with were maybe using a stone caveman-like wheel for the "o" in "paleotrition" or a caveman's club for the "l" in "paleotrition", just to give you a few ideas regarding the general direction I want the logo to go and to give it an identity other than just the words. This is by no means a requirement for the logo design, just some ideas to get the creative juices flowing.
I would also like the font that "paleotrition" is written in to represent the primitive and primal identity associated with the paleo diet. However, I don't want the logo to look so primitive that it appears childish and cartoonish, if that makes sense (I don't want to limit by customer base). I have attached a very simple logo that I came up with really quickly just to, again, give you a few ideas regarding the general direction I want the logo to go.

Create Print and Packaging Designs for SIRENA by Sirenetta
I need packaging designed for a pillow box (dimensions 190x310x45mm). The pillow boxes are to be the packaging of premium quality leather gloves and shearling gloves, all made in Italy. (As well as other accessories such as silk foulards, silk ties and cashmere scarves.)
The name of the business is SIRENA which means Mermaid in Italian. I have attached a water painting I had made of a twin-legged mermaid that I was going to use as the logo but I'm afraid that it is too busy and complicated as a logo. I have attached another image here of the twin-legged mermaid that was the inspiration for the painting. I want my logo to be based on this type of mermaid although in the logo, her hair absolutely needs to cover her breasts entirely. (to avoid worried mothers complaining!)
I am very much stuck for time and would be looking to have the packaging designed within the next 24-36 hours so that I can send it off for printing to have the boxes in time for Christmas (will only be ordering 500).
This is a small start-up business but that wants to convey an image of being a fun, luxurious and innovative brand. The gloves have beautiful, high quality pressure buttons on them so that the wearer can attach them together when taking them off so as not to lose them. I would love the packaging to be fun, attractive and convey the premium quality of the product on offer.

Design a Marketing Flyer by jamiea78
We need the attached mock-up professionally designed as a two-page marketing flyer that can be printed as a hard copy handout to potential clients and that can also be recreated as a web-page (in Wordpress, we have a new site launching shortly, example page designs are attached as PDF documents).
The style must be in keeping with our branding (see attached style guide for information). the OE in LG document attached also gives an idea of the kind of styling we've used recently.
The primary objective is to communicate the Post Merger Integration framework (shown on page 1) and the accompanying offer of a complimentary workshop (red box, page 2). Clearly we'd like it to be as visual appealing as possible.
All the icons used in the mock up are available in red, grey, light grey and black and also in square, circle and octagon formats so please ask if you would like these to be made available.
We don't have access to design software, so in addition to the underlying file formats you use, we will also need high-res PDF versions for printing.
We have twitter, linked in and facebook accounts to would be great if the design could include social media buttons/references. Obviously the contact us information shown in the footer needs to be prominent also.
We will need this turned around quickly as the material will be used for client meetings later this week. (Prize: 30)

I don't have a firm idea of what this book cover should look like, so use your imagination for possible angles.
Depending on other entries, a clean, all-text based entry with an interesting treatment could win, but I'm far more likely to choose something with an image that conveys a sense of excitement and ideally, a sense of speed, wonder and mystery.
All image types are welcome (illustration or photo-based) but all text must read clean... Don't use elaborate fonts that they are challenging to read.
Winning submission must include a means of isolating text from the background image so that minor changes to title or subtitle can be made. Preferred format is a layered Photoshop file with text on separate layers, but BMP, JPEG and PNG file formats are also acceptable if a separate background image with no text is provided in addition to the final design.
Final submissions must be at least 800 pixels wide, with a well proportioned height.
There is a small chance that I may choose one or more runner-ups depending on the quality of the submissions, so please include a "Sell Entry" price on each entry if you would like to be considered as a runner up. (Prize: 50)
