Looking to create a line drawing cartoon advertisement in Adobe Premier format which can be further edited.
Attached is a rough sketch story board for the advertisement. The total advertisement should be under one minute unless that proves unfeasible.
Characters can be stick figures or anything else you want it to be. It should be funny and quirky. You are free to embellish so long as you stay true to the storyboard.
Slide 15 should still be a line drawing but less "cartoon" and more realistic. It should last about 3-6 seconds and show the snow being deflected by the snow deflector.
IMPORTANT - slide 15 should also be turned into a 10 second .gif as well.
There are pictures attached of the actual snow shield as well as the logo to be used in the last slide.

I'm a copywriter currently working on my portfolio. I have a number of ideas for 15-60 sec TV spots, as well as other ideas that require illustration, such as posters.
I'll probably end up with 10-15 campaign ideas, most of which will require some illustration.
This competition is to select who'll be awarded the entire portfolio. Some ideas are finished and ready for briefing, others will follow. The total budget is flexible, it all depends on how many storyboards and illustrations will be required. Please advise how much time is required for each storyboard and what your hourly rate is and we'll go from there.
For the purpose of this competition, please submit a storyboard for the attached script. Ideally it will fit on one page, but the number of frames and what these contain is up to you.

Color these pictures using Photoshop by mindmantle
My friend is an artist, who reproduces pictures with a pencil in black and white. I told her that it would be possible to enhance these images using Photoshop. This could be adding color, adding effects, introducing colored layers. Please help her see what is possible. Later she can present these to her clients and get back to you for extra work.
