Hello - We are looking for someone to create a new logo for us for an apartment community in Wilmington, NC. The apartment complex is for individuals and families - with a younger generation present throughout the property (24-32).
We are looking for something that emphasis the property, location (Wilmington, NC) and also a more modern feel. The name of the property has the word "run" in it - similar to a run of water from a creek or river. So something include a 'run' type feature (see attached logos), or incorporate the coast, or beach grass (plant), cattail plants, etc.
Again, this is for an apartment complex with 500 residents - we want it to be modern and truly portray the property location. We have provided the current logo and signage - so please match colors if possible.
We have attached logos that are used around the community - we don't want to copy a logo; but wanted to give you an idea of what was co-existing already.

The logo will illustrate a method to get out of depression called Zero-depression.
The logo has to be composed of an icon/caracter/cartoon forming the number 0 + the website address: www.zerodepressao.com. The caracter will also be used to stand out on its own, without the website adress (on documents or as a favicon).
The caracter must have arms or arms+legs. The arms can be open to life or up (like the victory sign). It can also have eyes and mouth. But no other body parts. Donât show too many details, like fingers. It has to remain simple and clean.
The caracter personality: must be happy, smiling and victorious (remember, it has just won a battle over depression). It has to be friendly and enthusiastic. But not funny.
The logo atributes: It has to appeal to adults and not be childish. It has to show professionalism.
Font: For the number O, you can use a font or you can draw it from scratch.
Colors of the logo: 3 colors maximum, 2 colors minimum. All logos must include these 2 colors: #719430 + #662d91. You can choose a a 3rd color if you want to.

The model centers around an online application called SalesForce (salesforce.com) as a CRM. SalesForce connects to 5 other things: Artisan Advisors, Inc. (my company; I envision this directly under the SalesForce hub because several other things will be beneath it); SawTooth, a TAMP; Custodian; Financial Plannning (EMoney); and RoboAdvisor (CLS).
Under Artisan Advisors, in the center and largest I'd like to indicate Advisor (this is our audience for the illustration), to the left of that I'd like to indicate Compliance, and to the right of Advisor I'd like to have it say Operations, then to the right of that Marketing.
