I need a website template designed and converted into HTML5 + CSS2/3 for a Real Estate Manager website. The website needs to be built in jQuery Mobile (no exception to this rule). Please use the correct jQuery Mobile CSS classes to create the design.
This is a tablet/mobile website and should function like jQuery Mobile's demo website: http://view.jquerymobile.com/1.3.1/dist/demos/examples/
I need the following done:
1. HTML5 + CSS2/3 must be used.
2. Only jQuery Mobile must be used.
3. This is a template only, there is no coding that is required apart from converting the template HTML5 + CSS2/3.
4. The website must work and function perfectly on tablets (7 and 10 inch) as well as mobile phones.
5. The website should have a neutral colour scheme.
6. I have attached a list of user stories for each page that I need. The user stories describe the functionality of each page. Please use this information to help you design the website.

Design a Logo for Australian Gambling by Ausgambling
We need a new logo for Australian Gambling - http://www.australiangambling.com.au. We need something original that represents gambling but is not full of parochial crap like emu's and kangaroos. We would like the logo to convey trust and integrity signals but still represent a modern element. Our business is based online and mobile.
Design Elements:
- Please look at our current header area and consider the size and placement of the logo relative to the text. A large logo on top of the text will minimize the size of both, so the logo should be placed on the left side of the text. The text could also be placed inside a logo if you have ideas for that. The logo itself should be memorable and unique. No handwriting script for the text font.
- Very important - we're likely to change the color of the header background to a light grey gradient, so please do not use the green (or any dark color) for your background. Use white or a light grey gradient (lighter on top), so we can get a better idea of how it will actually look.
- Although the site promotes sports, poker & bingo, it's main focus is casino. We prefer something that relates to casino (or gambling in general) rather than being specific to sports, poker & bingo.
- We're open to any color combinations you come up with, as long as they look good on the backgrounds as mentioned above.
- We're looking for something that looks clean, contemporary, classy, something of 'quality'.
- If you can find a good, clear way to add .com.au to the text would be good, but it's not required. If you have a nice way to add this, we'd love to see it. (Prize: 250)

URGENT! -Debug existing Sencha tablet app for speed and performance issues by billy01
We have an ipad app that is working on web and in phonegap on the device. The performance however is terrible. the startup on the device is about 15 seconds. selecting a checkbox control in the survey is about 2-3 seconds. On web we see some similar latencies but not nearly as bad.

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY BEFORE BIDDING. We need a designer/programmer to create a simple payment page our Drupal 7 site. We provide dental consultancy services and our site accepts deposit and payments. We need this done very quickly. We want this completed in 3 days max. The company that will handles our payments is Stripe.com which acts as a processor and gateway.
