I have a few documents my company uses right now that I have developed on my own. The problem is that I used a lot of text boxes and different tables and word art to make these documents so in return they turn around really slow while trying to edit the information. Also I find it looks very cheap. I would like to get some ideas on more professional documents to use and also documents that come like templates in ways of speaking so that the document doesn't stick while trying to edit it. Also if it can automatically add up and deduct the prices I enter would be super great! Throw me some ideas, I am open for suggestions.
Of course as an agency we work with many different documents but if we can start off with some ideas for these (I have the ones I made myself attached), we can finish up later on with the rest. (Prize: 50)

We rent rooms in restored old buildings that has modern additions. People who stay with us are born anywhere in the world and are in Sydney to live, work or study. Our rooms attract 20-35 year olds who enjoy the Sydney lifestyle of old meets new, sunny weather, beaches, shopping, caféâs restaurants and our famous icons - Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
Project - We are completing this project in two stages:
Stage 1 â design a single logo that uses the name âRooms of Sydneyâ (a symbol is optional). The successful logo will be chosen based on the following criteria:

Hello I am looking for a well designed logo for my site fundzaar.com. Fundzaar is similar to https://www.lendingclub.com/, which provides peer to peer lending to prospective customers. Our customer base, are mainly the younger generation that embraces social media. We have not settle on the color scheme for this new site, but we are thinking of red blue and white.
