Please design a logo for my new company "SB Plumbing & Gas".
I am looking for a modern "clean" logo. Examples of this style are attached (please note that it is the style only, not interested in a replica of these)
Preferred colours are blues and greys, with perhaps a burnt orange for a flame. Need perhaps two / three different variants so it can be used on both white, black and blue backgrounds
I need it to be distinctive enough to be used as a standalone logo (without the name) as well as the logo together with the name in different layouts for different purposes (ie on business cards, invoices, sign-writing on vans, apparel / marketing materials). But the logo cannot be too "busy" again modern and clean is the most important factor.
Format needs to be png with transparent backgrounds, vector image, and .ai file

Dear Designers, I am putting together a proposal. In order for this project to go further, I need several designs. These can be designs you have already done. They are only for proposal purposes. The person who wins this contest will get the rest of the job exclusively. Future designs will include floor plans, plans showing amenities such as Fitness gym, pool areas, indoor tennis courts, views from balcony and much much more.
Scope of project -
The site is 5.88 acres..Aprox 225,000 sq ftâ¦
Dimensions of land are 420' width x 540' depth. Attached are pictures of the site as well as dimensions if the building. The Building dimensions are 370' width x 500' depth.
In the pictures words document you will see picture #1 & #10. I would like a combination of the 2. Shaped like picture #1, but with modern and all glass, including balconies, shows like picture #10..Street view.
The building height is 75'. That is 2 story ground floor + 5 floors above. The front of the building ground floors will have retail / resteraunts like in picture #1.
I would also like a version of the same bldg like in pic #2..We will call it a roof over the lobby / car entrances. Above that will be a pool.
So here is what I need.
1) Site plan with dimensions. I do not need to indicate anything other than the shape of the building.
2) 3D models of modern glass buildings with the shape like in Picture 1 & picture 2..But modern glass like picture 10.
Once these two have been completed, I will work with the winner on all of the other concepts and drawings I need.
