Optimize and convert WordPress-design to Bootstrap by DeltaUser
I have this free website animal re-placement site for pets in WordPress: http://omplassering.no
I want to have a bootstrap-version of this site - it is currently in WordPress, but I want it in html5 html and css. Why bootstrap? Because I know the framework and can easy add elements later. So you adjust any css so that I can use bootstrap components like panels and so on with same colors as you suggest.
I generally like the current design, but you can optimize it and come up with suggestions YOU feel makes the site better. I love the header-image (must keep) and I specially like the ad-listings on the frontpage and this is a must: There is a pattern (background) behind each ad, it is not just one grey color - it is a very weak background pattern that you MUST implement just like it is. You must also implement the banner over the image in the ad-listing/frontpage (it shows location).
You don't have to implement the small category-bar above the listings. Frontpage only shows latest listings (only two ones there now, but will show at least the latest 10 or so). There is also three blog-entries below the ad-listing.
The footer and font used there is good as it is.

- Design the frontpage (drawing or sketch) and submit it here for review by me.
- If I like it, I may ask you to design the category-subpage and the detailed page.
- If you win, you must code the three pages into html/css/bootstrap.
Colors:
I don't think it is so bad now, so you can keep the same color-palette similar to what it is now. Maybe just a little less orange and smaller (in heigth) main navbar. It is a restoration company for homes that have suffered from different issues like flooding, fires, earthquakes, rain, damage, etc. I want to look of the logo to have a restoration type of look. I was thinking of having the two R's in Royalty and Restoration be next to each other in the design. The R could be in the house could be the house and the other R as tools.
