I am opening a brand new concept store and needing help to write a business plan and create a name for the business.
the concept is for a hairdressing salon but the twist is that the business only offers blow dry, manicures and makeup application the second twist is that a cafe will also be a part of this business so the idea is they can have coffee and small sweets whilst being pampered. staff would need minmial experience and startup costs would be minimal as well. It will be a very modern and sleek looking store with Crystal chandeliers etc.
The plan would need to show financials and marketing ideas etc, needs to be a detailed plan.

Create a Mobile Website for zzPhoneCase.com and then use PhoneGap to Create Apps by simpletechn
We currently have a website for users to come and order custom phone cases at www.zzphonecase.com
We need a mobile version of this website. The mobile site needs to be very simple and fast.
We also need the website to be turned into Apps for iPhone and Android using PhoneGap.
Currently the site has 4 steps:
1. Pick Your Device
2. Pick Your Case
3. Design Your Case
4. Purchase Your Case
Most of the work is in the "Design Your Case" page. We are currently using FabricJS for the canvas & graphics editing, and would like to use the same library for mobile if possible unless there is a good reason to use something else for mobile. Some mechanisms are in place on the www.zzphonecase.com site for image uploading, adding text, etc. so we would like to work with the developer of the mobile site so that it's using the same libraries that we've already created so that the site works seamlessly along with the main site without duplicate code. So there will need to be some dialog with my current developers of www.zzphonecase.com
We also have a shopping cart and would like to be sure whatever code you write is compatible with our existing shopping cart. We want to allow payments by PayPal, Google Checkout, and Amazon if possible.
We have all of the data for the Devices and Cases available in a Joomla database.
We have device images, case images, masks and templates for the designer page, which we will need the site to load.
I anticipate that we will host the site in a folder at www.zzphonecase.com/mobile so that the website can access all the libraries used on the main site.

Camera control in Unity 3D using C#. by niederman
I need two functions for a camera. First I want a camera and a cube object, when i double click the cube, i want the camera to shudder i.e. shake/vibrate.
I then want three empty objects created at a distance from one another. I want to be able to move the cube from one object to another, as i move the cube from the first object towards the second, i want the camera to zoom in slowly, as the cube passes the second object and heads to the third object i want the camera to zoom out slowly i.e the camera should zoom in or out in proportion to the distance. Draw 5 watercolor + black ink city landscapes from provided photos by mynewlook
Hi there!
I need to draw 5 watercolor city landscapes (7.86*11 inches or 199.6mm*279.4mm) in the style similar/identical to the sample (see attached) from the provided photos, scan them in 300dpi and send me the result. The same level of details and the same quality as in the sample are required.
All paintings must be done manually in black inking first and then colored with watercolor. I may give you some comments and ask you to do a revision in some cases. I want to split it into 5 equal milestones, 1 painting per 1 milestone.
You will need to sign the "work for hire" agreement to start working.
