I'm doing a website for a client that's in need of a logo. The logo should read: The Styled House. The business is Home Staging (as in making a house or condo look more attractive to purchasers) and Home Styling (enhancing the look of a house, condo or room through decor and paint). She's looking for a sleek design with a cool vibe. Nothing romantic. Here are the colours she wants used:
#868c98 = Grey
#a5acb6 = Blue
#b1a2a5 = Purple
You can use 1 of the above colours, 2 of them or all 3. If you find that using a black font with the above colours as accents looks better, that's ok too. That's about all the direction I was given but if you have any question, feel free to let me know and I'll do my best to answer. I'm looking for a designer to create a simple logo that can be used on my new website and marketing materials.
The company: My company's name is Quibble Content. I'm a freelance writer and marketing consultant. I also do SEO, social media management, web builds and PR. My website is under construction, but can be found here: http://quibblecontent.co.uk/
The logo: I want something simple with a touch of creative flare. A simple logo- black and white may work, something that can be inverted and an be used of both black and white backgrounds. Not a fan of pink, and don't want much colour, but if you think a touch of colour is required, then please do use your creative flare.
I'd like something which represents what I do, but also the name "quibble" - question everything. Something which uses the words, but also an image that could be used to represent what I do.
I'm also very interested in working with freelance designers in the future, so this would be the chance to build a good working relationship too.

This contest is to design a logo and icon for a HIRE company
GoGo Hire
The logo should integrate the full words "GoGo Hire"". The logo will be used on the website and on equipment being hired
The icon should have a symbolic relationship with the logo, similar to Freelancer and the origami icon, Twitter and the bird icon, and Facebook and the "f" icon. The logo must have a unique corporate identity.
Colours, primarily blues, but open to other combinations. Looking for simple colour scheme's i.e. limited number of colours.
Font use, ideally this would be using custom designed, and therefore unique, letter styling to make the logo unique.
