I own an automotive repair business and we support our local community. We have schools and churches that ask for donations i.e. free alignment, free oil change, $50.00 worth of auto repair, etc. I would like to have a brochure that is branded with my image, my mission statement, business contact information, map and a place to write in what the donation actually is. For instance, maybe there is a white space that we can write in with a sharpie what we are giving away. Here are some necessities:
1. Professional looking
2. Simple and not too complicated yet having all the information needed
3. Some nice graphics other than my logo. These graphics should coincide with my mission statement.
4. Our logo branded throughout
5. Our business contact information
6. A tagline on the front cover that let's people know that this is a donation, give a way, or similar that is not cheesy looking or sounding
7. A map somewhere (link below) and should be cleaned up for easy viewing on brochure
8. Our QR Code somewhere (Provided as a file)
9. Thinking this should be a bi fold and NOT a tri fold.
My main focus is for it to be pleasing to the eye, professional and something I am proud to present to whomever is asking for the donation. I am open to other ideas as well.

The furniture inside is stuff I own and would like to use - but it's randomly placed. In addition I'd like to buy some more furniture, probably Ikea. New stuff or replacement, doesn't matter.
Here's the very simple contest challenge:
Move the virtual sketchup furniture around and add Ikea-stuff as you'd like in order to create a cool new room layout. It's a creative contest so I won't give too many guidelines, but these things are valued (in that order)

Hi! I'm looking for a design for a Crossfit Team T-Shirt, the team's name is "Psycho Monkeys", now the idea I have for the shirt is that obviously there has to be a money included, but I would like this monkey to be designed in a psychotic (make him look very crazy, scary craaazy, he could be like howling or something) , kind of bizarre way (I'll post a picture of what I kind of mean), he has to look muscular and all pumped, make it look sick as hell, there has to be some Crossfit implemented on the shirt, I was thinking maybe he could be lifting weights, like the floor al broken because of him dropping weight, he could have bitten plates around him or he could be biting on a bumper plate, he could have some broken bumper plates, barbell and kettlebells perhaps... Use your imagination and creativity :D I hope these ideas work.
Anyway, I've been trying top find someone I know and I've had no luck, the competition I have is in 14 days so I need the design as soon as possible so I can have enough time to actually make the shirt...
