We need a new, fresh and professional design for the website www.tecnoborsa.com.
The Company
Tecnoborsa is a non-profit, joint-stock consortium controlled by the Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Artisans and Agriculture. It was founded in 1997 in order to contribute to the development, control and transparency of the Italian real estate market. Moreover, it carries out studies and research in the field of Italian and international real estate economy.
Tecnoborsa develops systems, instruments and guide lines which aim to encourage interaction between the various operators representing the entire panorama of supply and demand in Italy. It will take actions to provide norms and regulations to support the mission of the system of chambers of commerce.
The Mission
With the common consent of all the principle operators involved in the sector Tecnoborsa is working to regulate and develop the national real estate market, by creating strategies, plans and innovative instruments needed by the operators in order to provide services with higher value added.
For this purpose it collects, diffuse and interprets data to provide information; it helps to improve operators' professional level by defining the types and levels of service, by organising direct and indirect training activities, and it supervises correct practices; it co-ordinates the Italian Real Estate Stock Markets with activities of promotion and support; it encourages initiatives concerning projects of law which aim to guarantee market transparency.
