Project Description:
Objective: Create a template in an HTML portal dedicated to children / mothers.
Generic details: The portal will have to have a structure with three columns, approximately 1000px / 1200px width, a little more - less.
Technical details:
Header consists of: logo plus a generic menu (home, schools, parents, children, textbox searching). The header should leave spaces for a
maximum of 1-2 banners, one of which is low and long, and a smaller logo Use small and written bimbitalia as attached image.
SideBar: The site must have a siderbar navigation in which there will be two distinct sections graphically
one with a series of "sections" (categories of items), will be a list of entries and a final, other than that says "view all"
and one concerning day nurseries (add daycare, try silo nest)
Main body: This is the only part that will change graphically in 3 pages to be structured:
- Homepage = nivoslider perhaps with some sort of text and images in rotation (see homepage ipaditalia.com).
Immediately below are "The last 5 items." with text, date, and description.
- Page crèches will be a page that will display the details of a nursery clicked, some information is name, street, city, phone (etc etc), a map (google maps with the location of) a series of news (title - description - date), a tool of the vote (or stars or similar) which depicts a vote from 0 to 10, the list of thumbnails (that clicking them opens a gallery)
- Address book page: This page will be devoted to reading the selected article, will have a title, a summary, a text (not long enough), a date, an author, starlets (similar to those of nurseries), referring to the vote of the users, a photo as large as the center column width, and a photo gallery at the end of the article (page as nurseries).
The right column for the time being will have a series of banners of varying height, and width as the column, you can use the classic box with inside measurements of the banner (type 50x 50.) So it's pretty intuitive.
Finally, the footer for the moment we leave the copyright and some other generic information.
As for the graphics being a portal of reading to be done necessarily with white background, web 2.0 style and pleasing effects are pretty colorful graphics, remember that it is a portal for mothers and children. They are like special icons (eg, instead of using the stars to vote, you can use a smiley or any other image that invokes the context, various types rainbows, or colored balls .. (or you can do that as the vote close to 100% is colored a sort of rainbow horizontal).
You have complete freedom as long as they reflect the graphics context of children
