Purpose of contest
The purpose of this contest is to help me choose a book designer for a business handbook. The work required in this contest is just a small part of the overall job. The designer who wins the contest will be offered all of the work on the book layout and design.
The work is fairly urgent.
What I am looking for
I am looking for an experienced book designer who can do all aspects of the design -- overall concept, back and front covers, text, diagrams, and illustrations. I would like the final book created in Adobe Indesign.
The designer must have excellent English -- preferably as a first language. Ideally I would like a designer based in New Zealand or Australia so that we are in the same (or similar) time zone and can communicate easily by phone. However I will consider anyone who meets my other requirements and is happy to communicate by Skype or Go to Meeting.
All designers who enter the contest must agree to keep all information given, and anything relating to this contest, confidential.
