Design an animated banner that is HTML5 compliant video. (ie. that can be used on a website and visible on tablet devices)
Key Criteria:
1. Must fit dimensions of 900 wide x 100-200 high.
2. Must be compatible with Weebly publishing engine.
3. Must match with colour scheme of existing website. (www.intellica.com.au)
4. Must be animated and using HTML5 video (no FLASH)
5. Is intended to replace the banner that is attached. (banner_home.jpg)
6. Should incorporate a similar theme of "Green bubbles"
7. Must incorporate the words "intelligent information technology"
8. Must display correctly on mobile devices and iOS devices. (Prize: 90)
