We want to improve our website. We recently uploaded a Joomla website, changing it from a previous content management system. Here is the link for the Joomla website we want work on

We are still using our old website, www.scalesplus.com.au because there are some important features we need to be working properly on our Joomla website. Here are 3 areas we need work on:
1- When a customer goes to checkout, we want the shipping costs to show before they enter their address. We want it so that they first select their country, and if they want express or standard shipping, then it shows the shipping cost. We have only 3 differences in shipping costs. Shipping within Australia they can select Express or Economy, and internationally the cost is the same no matter what the country. Our live website does this at checkout www.scalesplus.com.au The customer sees the shipping cost first when they enter checkout. We need this done in Joomla \ Virtuemart. At the moment on our Jooma website, the customer needs to enter all of their details so that they can see the shipping costs.
2- We need the overall design and layout of our website to be improved. We want the side menu and top menu design improved, we want the background improved, we want photos in appropriate places. We want the website to be easy for customers to navigate and order from us, or contact us if they need more information. We want our Contact Us page to be improved, so it looks professional.
3- Where our products have tables showing specifications, we want the tables fixed. The lines in the tables are broken.
