I need a logo for my website - GetTogethers.com
Site still under construction
GetTogethers is a website that literally helps organize GetTogethers. The site name is GetTogethers.com . I'm still building it so you won't get any ideas there. "GetTogethers brings the world together through unique experiences anywhere." - That's the motto.
We bring people together.... I like the logo I'm attaching, but I decided I wanted to separate the words and the image. I want the words to be just the words. I think the name pretty much communicates the idea... but I don't have an icon/image to represent the idea....
I need an "icon" that represents the idea... so that ppl can associate the image to the name. Twitter has a bird. Playboy has a bunny. Freelancer has a hummingbird (i like this logo). I thought about several things such as a handshake... or some weird little images of people. Yes. I've already looked at photostock sites. I need something original and super creative. My brain is exhausted...
I need something creative and something when ppl just see the image.. they are going to think of the site.
Some of the difficulty - From is separating the "get" and the "togethers".
I have preference to blue/whites/greys because that's usually the friendly colors ppl use to design sites.
I'm looking for someone to be super creative and blow my mind away. Doesn't need to be complicated. Also, needs to be very easy to see as a small icon on a smartphone. Final product needs to be delivered for print and online. (Prize: 200)
