Create a spreadsheet from PDF data by emcclements

Create one continuous file that contains the 23 pages of name and address data found on the PDF file attachment. There are almost 1300 names. Many have no additional info except for a Date of Hire. In the case of missing data, simply skip the missing parts (but include the name and the DOH). Please use the column headings as listed in the document.
