I am looking for an expert in xml transformation, firewalls and computer networks in general. the project is to develop an xml transformer between two loosely related xml DTD in one to two weeks from award of contract, the final result will be a transformer(back and forth), and documentation. experience with a firewall builder and iptables is required as one of the DTDs is from firewall builder.
