The small computers being built and sent around the world are limited in the amount of people/kids they reach. Thera are several paper computers out there that can teach basic principles to children and adults. I am requesting a paper/carboard computer that will be cheap to produce, will work as a semi game and open up children interest in the concepts of mathematics and computers. Examples of this type of computers are as follows:
For an example of a programming tool, a scanner can be used in a cell phone (wildly available) and the scan could be sent to processing to a computer that would return errors or results. The ideal would be to integrate computer processing. computer language, and mathematics that can be scanned by phone and processed at a remote location. The paper computer is an essential element because of easy of distribution. A paper compute is better than no computer at all. I say paper but it could be cardboard or plastic for durability.
Price is negotiable depending on scope. (Prize: 140)
