Someone who can deal with html5, ajax, php5, nginx, other way to implement caching or other trick to make the site traffic work faster .
if you cannot do it please don't apply
i will need to :
- be able to enter news and and images creating new pages easily from that template.
- be able to update information about Brazil on a daily or weekly basis.
- store information on a weekly basis for the last year
- 2-3 languages need to be displayed to the viewers
- Subscription to a Newsletter
- Login information
- I will need viewer to be able to upload pictures and for other to leave their comments
