We have various web-forms and need to improve the aesthetics of our web forms. These are forms which users must complete and that draws information from a database. We need the web design to be modernised, using flat design principles. We had our forms converted to html and css, but now we need to give them a very professional look. The location of the text may not be moved around and the input and result cells must remain unchanged, and the client logo and coloring cannot change. We need the forms linked and that user can navigate between them.
We have made the prize a bit more, as we cannot make it guaranteed - we cannot pay if we do not have something the client would not be happy to proceed on. However, if we get an entry that is client selected, we are awarding.
