I have a one-page form that I would like to have redesigned. I would like to have as much done in CSS as possible and some custom images would need to be created. I am supplying the HTML source and it is using Twitter bootstrap that is hosted online. I would like to have all CSS edits done on the main HTML document in the head section and have all of the edits that are done by contestants made in one area one area.
1. all images should be custom-made
2. there are three sections to the form and each of the three sections has a heading that I would like to have written in an area that looks like a tab (see attachment)
3. there should be a road that goes between each step. There is an example of a road in my attachment but I would like it more gray than black. But it would still need to have a dotted white line down the center
4. each step has a red number with a box as a background but the box should be replaced with an octagon like a stop sign and should have a tilt to it. And in each stop sign it should say step one, step two, step three. The word step should be rather small so that it fits in a pretty small stop sign.
5. the road should lead to a icon of a home like the example and with a submit button nearby the road should curve slightly down the sides
6. there are three missing icons in the example and they should be replaced with icons that you make. The one in the contact info should be a person and the one in the moving from and new location should be a house. 7. the road would need to be within the the current width of the page so the elements would need to be closer together to accommodate having the road on either side of the steps. This will also stagger the steps which is a desired look for me. Step one would have a margin to the right where the road would be, step two a margin to the left, and step three a margin to the right.
8. the top section or step one should be cleaned up a little bit so that it looks more symmetrical
9. it would be nice to have the truck icon at the beginning of the road . I've attached the image (Prize: 190)
